The staff was accommodating to any questions or problems we had for them.
Pros:

It was a great location and central to walking everywhere. They had parking nearby. I loved having a pool for afternoon relaxation.

Fantastisk hotell!
Pros:

Fantastisk beliggenhet med flott utsikt. Lydtett rom til tross for mye trafikk. Fint basseng med solstoler på taket. God aircondition på rommet. God frokost med nydelig kaffe. Hjelpsom og hyggelig betjening.

Cons:

Det var ingenting jeg ikke likte, men om jeg skal trekke fram noe så var det badet. Lite, trangt bad uten noe sted å sette fra seg ting. Toalettsetet var løst og ustabilt i bruk. Vi sa fra om dette uten at det ble ordnet.

Tutto. Estrema gentilezza del personale, spazi puliti, piscina piccola ma pulita, ottimo servizio bar in piscina. Mi sono sentita come in famiglia.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Laurin. The location is simply outstanding—right on the waterfront and within easy walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, and the beautiful harbor. It is also the perfect base for visiting Portofino and exploring the Ligurian coast. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santa Margherita Ligure.

Cons:

The only downside was the value for money. While the hotel offers a great experience, I felt the price was quite high for what was provided. Even so, I would recommend it for its exceptional location and overall quality.

Fantastic hotel, in a great location.
Pros:

Superb location, right on the waterfront with fantastic views from our balcony. Superb breakfast and just a ferry ride to Portofino. The hotel owners were wonderful...recommended a ferry ride to San Fruttuoso, a tiny seaside village, accessible only by sea, where we had a wonderful lunch (again recommended) at the Ristorante La Punetta, overlooking the tiny bay. Overall, a wonderful hotel in a great location.

Perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location right on the harbor and so close to all shops cafes and restaurants. Included breakfast, pool area and bar service was like your own beach club. Friendly and helpful reception. Very comfortable stay.

Fantastyczny hotel, super personel, bardzo miła atmosfera, właściciele obecni i bardzo pomocni we wszystkich tematach. Zainteresowanie bardzo duże gościem i jego wygodami. Wrócimy na 100%. Polecam to miejsce bardzo!!!!
