Fantastic stay in a central location yet in its own peaceful haven. The staff were kind and went above and beyond. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The place was clean and tidy.

Our room, and seemingly all, had a superb view over the harbour and out to sea with ample space in terrace. Unfortunately, we could not always leave the door open due to some Australians “shouting” at each other next door and someone else’s smoke which drifted into our room. Surely time to ban smoking throughout the hotel INCLUDING balconies!
The staff were professional and extremely helpful (and patient). Breakfast was pretty standard.
We found the room actually not up to the standard of the price paid in that the bathroom is very small, the furniture was quite cheap and the beds too hard. There was a topper and we found out they do have bigger toppers which would have been useful - (had we asked!!!)
Finally, parking is - for me - a 15 minute walk away in a public car park for which you have a pass (not helpful when driving on wrong side of car to reach)!! Very secure but somewhat inconvenient and payable on top of room rate!
Do try to restaurant attached to (but not part of) the hotel. We very much enjoyed it.

The rooms were a bit bland and our shower head kept falling, but overall they were lovely.
Loved the proximity to everything; loved my balcony overlooking the harbor; great rooftop pool also overlooking the harbor; reception staff were also wonderful, kind & informative. Overall one of the best stops in my overall 5 weeks of travel. Will definitely stay there again whenever I’m in the Portofino area. Thank you for your fabulous service!!❤️❤️❤️

Schöner Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen. Sehr nettes Personal, hatte etwas im Zimmer liegen gelassen, wurde sofort per Mail kontaktiert. ;-)
Parken ggü. dem Haus möglich, kostet 2,50 € die Stunde, von 0.00h bis 08.00h frei, gut per easy Park App steuerbar. Alternativ werden Garagen angeboten für 30 € pro Tag.
