Pros:

Al ver las instalaciones..dormitorio baño..cochera lejos barranca arriba puerta que no funcionaba portero que no acudia...hice el check out considere que era una estafa el costo supuestamente de un hotel valorado en 4 estrellas a las que le sobraban 2..preferi perder la noche de hotel y reserve en otro hotel que recomiendo de verdadera puntuacion 4 estrellas como el Metropol que en comparacion es un 6 estrellas.
Una verguenza que Booking valore de esa forma el hotel Laurin

Professionalità e cortesia al top!

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e sono rimasto davvero colpito dalla professionalità e dalla cortesia di tutto lo staff. Fin dal mio arrivo sono stato accolto con un sorriso e una disponibilità rara da trovare. Ogni richiesta è stata gestita con attenzione e rapidità, sempre con grande gentilezza.
Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli, l’ambiente è curato nei minimi dettagli e trasmette un’atmosfera accogliente.
Un ringraziamento speciale al personale della reception e del ristorante, sempre pronto ad aiutare e a rendere il soggiorno piacevole.
Consiglio vivamente questo hotel a chi cerca un servizio impeccabile e un’accoglienza calorosa: un vero esempio di professionalità e ospitalità italiana!

Soggiorno davvero perfetto!
Pros:

La colazione in questo hotel è stata semplicemente eccezionale! Un buffet ricco, curato nei minimi dettagli e con prodotti di altissima qualità. Dalla frutta fresca ai dolci fatti in casa, tutto era preparato con gusto e attenzione.
Un’ampia scelta sia di proposte dolci che salate, perfetta per soddisfare ogni palato: torte e croissant fragranti, yogurt e cereali, salumi e formaggi, ma anche piatti caldi come uova e pancetta.
Il personale è stato gentile e sempre sorridente, pronto a offrire un caffè espresso o un cappuccino preparato al momento, proprio come al bar. La sala colazioni, luminosa e accogliente, rende l’inizio della giornata ancora più piacevole.
In sintesi: una colazione da 10 e lode, che da sola vale il soggiorno! Complimenti a tutto lo staff per l’attenzione e la passione che si percepiscono in ogni dettaglio. La pulizia delle camere e di tutti gli ambienti comuni è stata impeccabile: tutto profumato, ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli. Si vede che lo staff dedica grande attenzione all’igiene e al comfort degli ospiti.
Personale della reception gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente.
