Accidentale danneggiamento della vettura da parte del parcheggiatore che ha creato qualche disagio ;Impegno comunque da parte del Direttore a rimborsare il danno stesso

Excellent place for couples or solo!
Pros:

I loved this hotel. Everything about it! The hotel staff were so friendly in all areas - restaurants, spa, front desk, etc. Lunch at the beachfront restaurant was delicious, but apertivos on the beach (with service from the bar) was lovely after a dip in the Ligurian Sea. Easy walk to many restaurants in town, and felt like a very safe area. Also just a few minutes to walk to the train station or ferries to get to other towns along the coast.

Beautiful Luxury Hotel
Pros:

The property was just gorgeous. I was sitting on the side overlooking the harbor, the view was just amazing.The on site restaurant(s) was amazing. We tried several in town that didn’t match up.

Cons:

One could only access the pool for two hours per day, which were included into your room rate as a misleading free spa treatment. To access the pool you had to walk through the spa where one was met with staff to sign in for your two hours. All other spa amenity rates were on the high side. Limited vegetarian options

Pros:

Outstanding overalll quality of the service, exceptionally kind and attentive Staff, mind-blowing sea and coast view, delicious food and really comfortable private beach area. All things considered, truly wonderful experience.

An elegant hotel with breathtaking views, warm hospitality, and the true atmosphere of the Ligurian coast.
Pros:

The Continental Hotel in Santa Margherita Ligure left truly wonderful impressions. The location is absolutely stunning — surrounded by the sea, palm trees, charming streets, and breathtaking views of the Ligurian coast. We especially loved the room with a terrace overlooking the sea — waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying such a beautiful view every morning was a real pleasure.

The interior is stylish and elegant, designed in a classic Italian style with great attention to detail and atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, welcoming, and genuinely caring about the comfort of the guests.

A special mention goes to the spa area: although not very large, it is high-quality, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The pool with a view of the Ligurian coastline was an absolute highlight and the perfect place to relax after long walks.

Another great advantage is the convenient location near the railway station, which makes traveling along the coast and reaching the hotel with luggage very easy and comfortable.

A place we would truly love to return to again.

Outstanding property and location. A few minutes walk from the station and town, so convenient. Beautiful views and sea swimming. They informed my by whatsapp when my room was ready to check in early.

Cons:

Lifeguard refused to give me an extra towel at the beach, despite asking more than once. Said ‘this is the rule’. Utterly disappointing for a hotel like this and overshadows the whole experience, bringing down the rating.
