Nice hotel but rude staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent, generally clean and breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Front desk staff very rude, condescending and very unhelpful. Upon asking for laundry services the man on the front desk looked very confused and seemed personally offended we asked for a service clearly offered on the hotel website. He then claimed he didn’t know how much it costed when asked (despite there being a laundry price list hidden in the safe of our room he could have pointed us to), they however had no issue finding the price list when it was time to pay. They had said the laundry would take 24 hours but it took over 48 and again staff were very rude and unhelpful when asking where it was offering no solution except “ I don’t know”. They then demanded the city tax to be paid in cash when this was never mentioned to us before getting very rude and angry when we said we had no cash on us and reluctantly taking card. Some places you stay the staff can’t do enough for you, this place was the opposite; they couldn’t do anything and acted like they were doing you a favour. Such a shame as all other staff inc cleaners and breakfast staff were excellent really helpful and friendly. Hotel itself was nice. But front desk staff massively let it down for us.

Pros:

Ομορφα διακόσμηση ,ανετο κρεβάτι, άριστη τοποθεσία εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό αφθνο και ποιοτικό πρωινό..

Cons:

Θα μπορούσε, νσ εχει σιτα,στο παράθυρο, του μπάνιου,καθώς έμπαιναν κουνούπια.

Ottima struttura in centro
Pros:

Hotel molto carino, in posizione centrale. Personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Pulizia ottima
la nostra stanza (standard) era un po' piccola ma andava bene così visto che siamo stati solo una notte. Se rimanessi più giorni sceglierei una stanza più spaziosa.
