Très bon hôtel situé très proche de la gare
Pros:

L’accueil du personnel était parfait et d’une grande gentillesse
De plus ces dernières parlaient le français ce qui facilitait les relations surtout avec des enfants
Le petit déjeuner était parfait et copieux

Cons:

Notre chambre 202 était pas très loin des PAC qui se trouvaient sur une terrasse d’où du bruit
La climatisation de la chambre se remettait en fonctionnement lors de nos absences d’où un froid extrême lorsque l’on rentrait
Si cela pouvait être amélioré ce serait vraiment utile

Un cuatro estrellas que se publicita bien pero no es lo que parece
Pros:

Nada especialmente. Normal, mas bien baja para un hotel de cuatro estrellas. Si tengo que destacar algo sería la atención de recepción pero que te atiendan bien tampoco debería ser una excepción sino lo correcto.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido. En el baño había una luz de emergencia (o algo similar) de color verde azulado que encendía intermitentemente como si se tratase de una discoteca, ¡un auténtico horror!. Y la misma luz de la habitación también se encendía y apagaba intermitentemente.

Staff and location, right near the port and downtown of La Spezia . Staff was so accommodating to our large group and helpful with recommendations and lost luggages . Would totally stay again

Muy buen lugar para una corta estadía en La Spezia
Pros:

El lobby, la ubicación y la atención.

Cons:

Le falta un placard para dejar más cómodamente la ropa. Un solo ascensor y de reducidas dimensiones hace que a veces se tarde mucho en bajar.
