Pros:

hôtel très propre, bien placé près du centre, gare et port. Les chambres sont bien spacieuses et le petit déjeuner et très frais. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir le parking juste à côté surveillé par des caméras.

Modernes Concept/ super gelegen im Stadt Zentrum

Cons:

Weniger gut fand ich das Frühstück. Es war soweit reichhaltig und frisch, aber das gewisse Extra hat gefehlt. Schade: bei Booking wurde parken „ kostenlos“ vermerkt, dies stellte sich dann auf Nachfrage als Tippfehler heraus und wir mussten pro Tag 30 EUR bezahlen.

The best experience in Italy so far this summer.
Pros:

The staff were amazing in all aspects! I would write a whole page if I am to talk about best customer service and representation. The rooms were super clean and everything was in order. Breakfast was the best part of the morning to look forward to.

Cons:

The elevator broke down on the last moment of our stay but it wasn’t anything we couldn’t manage.

Good for a short stay
Pros:

Friendly staff, spacious room and large comfortable bed. Great location half way between the train station and the old town.

Cons:

No bar, despite a bar, with photos, being advertised on Booking.com. From other reviews, it seems there hasn't been a bar for some time.
Bathroom decor is a little tired and could do with a refresh.

Correct mais pas exceptionnel

Le personnel du petit déjeuner ! Merci a vous !
La propreté, la localisation et le fait d’avoir un parking à disposition (certes payant mais quand même la.)

Cons:

Le fait que ça coûte 30€ par jour le parking.
Puis pour un 4 étoiles il n’y a pas vraiment de service d’hôtel j’entends par là une personne pour vous aider à monter/descendre les bagages etc… C’est très sommaire pour quasiment 300€ la nuitée.
L’ascenseur est minuscule donc même à 3 personnes fines c’est déjà trop compliqué d’y entrer.
La décoration est un peu spéciale, c’est de l’art moderne mélangé à de l’ancien.
Le petit déjeuner n’a absolument rien d’extraordinaire, les jus sont industriels, tous les jours ce sont les mêmes produits proposé.
Pas de fenêtre dans la salle de bain, peu de lumière de manière générale dans la chambre.

Bra lokalisering. men komforten i rummen och frukostupplevelsen behöver förbättras.

Lokaliseringen och att lobbyn var modern. Vi bokade två rum i två olika klasser och storlekar. Det större rummet var finare och fräschare

Cons:

Orenoverade badrum. Lösa badrumsföremäl som tex toarullehållaren. Hård säng och hårda obekväma kuddar. Acn lät för högt. Sov riktigt obekvämt.
Frukostutbudet var under förväntningarna. Kylvarorna var placerade i ett kylskåp lik en bokhylla.
Hyllorna längst upp var oåtkomliga åt barn och rullstolsbundna.

Pros:

Lieu très bien placé, surtout pour les personnes qui viennent en train.

Chambre très bien, salle de bain aussi.
Le déjeuner est super, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Les horaires du déjeuner sont aussi très arrangeants!

Personnel très prévenant et agréable.

Cons:

Il aurait manqué une armoire pour ranger les vêtements.
