Un peu déçus
Pros:

L'emplacement. Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié.La literie.

Cons:

Pas de réglage de climatisation malgré 27 degrés dans la chambre. Nous avons eu une chambre accessible que par escalier et dont la fenêtre donnait sur la chaufferie.

Très bon hôtel pour séjourner à La Spezia, point de chute pour les village des cinque Terre.
Pros:

Calme, chambre propre, bien situé proche de la gare. Parking à côté de l’hôtel en supplément. Personnel attentif.

Cons:

Manque une bouilloire dans la chambre.
Tarif un peu élevé pour mi avril.

Excellent séjour dans une magnifique région
Pros:

Excellent petit déjeuner, fruits frais,qualité des produits proposes

Cons:

Choisi de payer 30 euros par nuit pour parking gardé à côté de l'hôtel. Avons retrouvé notre voiture abîmée. La réception, prévenue, est venue faire une photo, nous a dit que l'hôtel avait une assurance pour ce parking .ils y ont installé une caméra. Malgré tout cela, pas de réponse à mon mail demandant un remboursement si mon loueur de voiture me compte une franchise,pour réparation dégâts carrosserie.

Pros:

Super hôtel, le lit pour notre fille dans le canapé était super grand et confortable. La chambre toujours propre. Les femmes de ménage, sont venu nettoyage alors que nous sommes rester que 2 jours.
Le parking est sécurisé.
Bon petit déjeuner !

Design e comfort nel cuore della città
Pros:

La camera di design è un bel connubio tra design e fruibilità, resa un'oasi di pace da un'insonorizzazione impeccabile e un bagno ampio.

La colazione continentale è eccezionale: un trionfo di dolce e salato che soddisfa ogni palato. Nota di merito alla struttura, elegantissima sin dalla reception, e alla posizione strategica. Il parcheggio coperto e chiuso garantisce una sicurezza totale, dettaglio non scontato. Un indirizzo imperdibile per chi cerca stile e funzionalità senza compromessi. Consigliatissimo.

Cons:

La posizione centrale è ottima per la visita, ma ha un prezzo: trovare parcheggio gratuito in zona è un'impresa. Fortunatamente la struttura offre un ampio parcheggio coperto e chiuso (a pagamento), indispensabile per la sicurezza dell'auto. Unico neo? Il bar chiude un po' troppo presto, peccato non poter godere degli splendidi spazi comuni per un drink a tarda sera.

Tolles Hotel, tolles Frühstück und sehr freundliche Bedienung.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, alles in La Spezia ist vom Hotel aus zu Fuß zu erreichen (Zentrum, Hafen, Bahnhof). Sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung.
