Buen sitio para visitar La Cinque Terre
Pros:

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, a pocos metros de la Estación Central de trenes, para viajar a La Cinque Terre, y también de la principal calle peatonal, con cantidad de locales gastronómicos, y que lleva directamente al puerto (a unos 15 minutos caminando).
La habitación normal, bien isonorizada.
La zona de desayuno agradable, y la calidad del desayuno diría que buena. Sirven, a pedido, café expreso, que no es el típico café de máquinas automáticas.
Todo el personal muy agradables y atentos.

Cons:

Nos alojamos en el 5to piso, y el ascensor es muy pequeño (2 personas), por lo que solía haber alguna demora.
Echamos en falta un espejo en la habitación, dado que el baño no tenía lavabos dobles.
Y, como sugerencia, podrían colocar una goma en la puerta de la mampara de la ducha, para evitar que salga el agua.

Zadovoljan sam sa smještajem
Pros:

Lokacija je izvrsna, garaža za parking auta i željeznička stanica su sam 100 metara od hotela, doručak je izvrstan, šetališna zona je nekih 200 metara od hotela

Cons:

Soba je mala, kao i kupatilo
Hotel ima malo parking mjesta, tako da morate parkirati u javnoj garaži koja je 100 metara od hotela, ali je dosta skupa dan košta 35 eura

L'hotel è posizionato vicinissimo alla stazione centrale e per fare il tour delle cinque terre è ottimale
La presenza del parcheggio interno ha facilitato le operazioni

Cons:

Il parcheggio interno è l'unica nota dolente. Posizionato in una zona molto trafficata è certamente comodo, ma ha diversi aspetti a mio parere insoddisfacenti e scoperti sul momento: 1) non è gratuito ( € 25,00 per notte) e il giorno del chek out è obbligatorio spostare l'auto, problema risolto a pagamento nel comodo parcking della stazione (€ 1,50 l'ora), 2) l'accesso, stretto e posizionato di fronte a un parcheggio per moto, è difficoltoso e occorre molta attenzione, 3) il parcheggio interno, con numerosi pilastri, è ulteriormente difficoltoso e pavimento dissestato. Sostanzialmente non è un parcheggio. A parte la comodità logistica, il locale piccolo e per poche vetture, è stato ricavato da quella che probabilmente era una vecchia Chiesa e alcuni affreschi ancora visibili, che peccato!!, ne evidenziano i trascorsi.

חדר אמבטיה קטן. לא היה דוש ידני, אלא רק ראש גשם מלמעלה. זרם המים היה חלש והידית של המים נסגרה מעצמה תוך כדי רחצה, עד שצריך היה להחזיק אותו פתוח תוך כדי מקלחת.
מיזוג אויר לא עבד טוב. אמנם השמיע קול שעובד, אבל לא ניתן לכיוון והיה חם מאד בחדר.
מעליות מאד ישנות ואיטיות. רק שניים יכולים להיכנס בכל פעם.

Fräscht hotell med trevlig personal och bra läge nära tågstationen
Pros:

Ligger väldigt nära stationen vilket är mycket skönt om man vill utforska Cinque Terre.
Frukosten väldigt bra med stort urval förutom kaffet som var riktigt blaskigt.
Vi hade ett bra rum på översta våningen med balkong med fin utsikt in mot staden. Rum och badrum var fräscht.
Generellt ett fräscht hotell och trevlig personal!

Cons:

Kaffet till frukosten kan inte kallas kaffe, mer varmt vatten utspätt med lite kaffesmak. Man kunde beställa in separat kaffe men vi hann aldrig göra det. I övrigt var frukosten jättebra!
Hissen var extremt långsam och rymde bara två personer vilket blev en trång sektor men man fick ju träning av att gå i trapporna.

Pros:

IL personale della reception in modo particolare è stato eccezionale. La sera del primo maggio eravamo a Porto Venere non c'erano più mezzi pubblici per rientrare a La Spezia e non si riusciva a recuperare nemmeno un taxi. Abbiamo chiamato la reception dell'albergo e sono riusciti ad inviarci un taxi. Direi eccellente.
