Assisting staff, nice breakfast, good location.

Cons:

The non renovated rooms are in desperate need of renovation. Unfortunately I stayed in a non renovated room.

Excellent location but sleepless nights due to constant banging doors.
Pros:

Great location just by station and main street where all the shops and restaurants are. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Sleep disturbed every night by slamming doors and I mean very noisy bangs that shake the walls. As usual very inconsiderate guests who don’t care about anyone else. The hotel needs to sort out all the doors. If it wasn’t for that I would have rated it excellent.

Great Hotel Minus the Easter Sunday Fire Alarm

It was spacious, clean and a great location!

Cons:

The fire alarm woke us up abruptly on Easter Sunday and it was going off for about an hour. No clear announcements were made to indicate if it was a test or if we needed to evacuate.

Hotel ben piazzato per vedere le 5 terre, il restorante è molto buono, personale gentile.
Pros:

Vicino alla stazione. Acesso alle 5 terre in qualche minuto.
Hall e ristorante molto belli. Colazione favolosa. Bel piano a coda Bosendorfer possibile di suonarlo.

Cons:

Siamo stati ospitati in un annesso del hotel, stanza non rinnovata, piccola, utilizzazione dell'ascensore di servizio. L'aria condizionata non infunzione, odore di fogna nel bagno. Doccia minuscola senza doccetta (solo doccia fissa, difficile lavarsi senza bagnare i capelli). Finestra sulla facciata laterale su una stradina rumorosa
