Atendimento excepcional. Café da manhã maravilhoso e localização fantástica. Um quatro estrelas caminhando para 5 estrelas.

Cons:

No quarto a porta do banheiro tem desgastes .
A descarga do vaso disparando as vezes.
Passagens entre a cama e o banheiro muito pequena.
Elevador minúsculo e discrepante com as outras instalações do prédio já modernizada.
Falta uma chaleira . Reposição das águas do frigo bar não foram feitas.

Breakfast and location are outstanding

Cons:

My room was apparently in the old section (151). Please check carefully which room you book for, as the old rooms have no USB, one power outlet, no safe, and are in very old condition. This is a 2.5-star room with a 4-star breakfast
Also. don't forget to book car parking ahead of time if needed

Great location, but room quality varies greatly between the new and older wings.
Pros:

Conveniently located across the La Spezia Central Station

Cons:

We stayed at Hotel Firenze e Continentale again this year after having a wonderful experience last year in their newer wing, where the rooms were modern and beautiful. Unfortunately, this time we were assigned an older room that felt dark, stuffy, and had an unpleasant smell. The location is still very convenient, but the room experience was disappointing compared to our previous stay.

The location was fantastic. 3 minute walk to la spezia centrale station and 2 mins into central area.
Breakfast was a highlight. Lots of choice and friendly staff.

Cons:

Lack of English speaking TV stations disappointing. Hot breakfast choices were often luke warm to cold.

Az étterem menüje fantáziátlan, az ételek tálalása csinos, minősége viszont nem túl magas. Kár érte, mert a hely megérdemelne egy jó éttermet.
A parkoló elképesztően szűk, jó lenne ezt előre közölni a szálló vendégekkel. Mi egy városi terepjáróval érkeztünk és nem volt könnyű a beparkolás. Látszott a falon, hogy sokaknak meggyűlt vele a gondja.
