Pros:

Great place, convenient to the train station. Lots of places to eat.

Cons:

Had a recurring problem with the toilet taking a long time to fill. We called down to have some one look at it he spent 5 minutes on it and it's okay. But it wasn't we just had to wait to flush in room 52. The beds were really hard.

Pros:

La ubicación para visitar Cinque Terre con el tren a 200 mts es inmejorable
El hotel lo están terminando de remodelar y me dieron una habitación nueva que estaba impecable
Muy buen desayuno y atención del personal del hotel

Pros:

Location next to the train station if you’re visiting cinque terre. It was fairly quiet. The staff were nice and polite. Restaurant is great.

Cons:

When I booked, they only had the economy rooms available, and they do not look like they belong in a four star hotel, three at best. Shower was tiny, and the water pressure almost non existent. Bed was small and the pillows were too low and uncomfortable. The room was not the cleanest, there were stains on the floor and there is mold in the bathroom. I believe they are renovating so I hope it will be better in the future.
Internet was down our second night, too.

Vasútállomáshoz nagyon közel helyezkedik el, jól megközelíthető. A belváros sétatávolságra található.
A reggeli választék bőséges, az étterem nagyon tiszta, igényes.

Cons:

Zuhanykabin nagyon kicsi, és nem volt zuhanyrózsa csak fix, rögzített zuhanyfej, ami egy hosszúhajú nőnek nem optimális.
A lift borzasztó szűk és elavult.
A szobához volt egy pici terasz, de korláttal le van zárva, így ki se lehet lépni a szobából

Great Hotel
Pros:

This property was nice and close to the LaSpezia central train station. It was a beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean. Great hotel.

Très bien situé pour visiter
Pros:

Emplacement super pour visiter la région. Le petit déjeuner super bien. Devant la gare donc super pratique.

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite. Nous avons eu la chère n° 16, à côté de l'ascenceur donc très bruyant et tôt le matin, même les employeurs parlaient trop fort.
