Hotel d'excellente qualité.
Pros:

L'emplacement proche de la gare, la qualité de la chambre et le prix.

Cons:

Ne pas pouvoir utiliser le lit du canapé (raison du choix de cette chambre). l'hôtel aurait dû suivre la réservation et demandait s'il fallait préparer un ou deux lits.

A very good hotel near the Cinque Terre
Pros:

The hotel is near the station. A pleasant hotel with a feeling of good, old times. Rooms well equipped and warm. The hotel advertises the dinner. I decided to take it and it
was a good choice, and at a very sensible price. The breakfast got full points, too. A modern breakfast room downstairs with attentive service.

Cons:

Nothing worth mentioning.

excellent gateway to cinque terre
Pros:

excellent location for cinque terre . 100m away from railway station .
very friendly staff , clean and large room . breakfast was top quality
with a huge choice of fruit , breads , cold cuts , cheese ,eggs .wifi
worked well . we would return again as the cost was reasonable .

Bad Management
Pros:

The only good thing is the location.

Cons:

Management is horrible. We arrived to Italy (Florence) from the USA on the 9th of January and had no idea there was a train strike. We don’t speak Italian. We contacted the hotel right away to let them know that we would not make it for our first night on the 10th, because the trains were not running due to the strike. Correspondence from hotel was “curt” and replied “that there is a 3 day notice requirement for cancellations and that the train strike had been announced several days prior, a train strike is not a reason to cancel a hotel night”. We had no idea. We had just arrived. We tried to find a taxi but from Florence/Pisa it would have been about $500.00.
Beds were hard
No wash cloths
Noisy emergency vehicles
Absolute Horrible Hotel.

Idéal pour visiter les 5 terres
Pros:

L'emplacement proche de la gare pour visiter les 5 terres est idéal et le personnel est charmant.
Très bel hôtel
Le restaurant est incroyable et le service impeccable !
La chambre offre beaucoup de rangements et est agreable

Cons:

Nous sommes malheureusement tombés sur la période propices aux petites travaux avant la grosse saison. Donc pas d'ascenseurs le 2 ème jour...
Une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain et un sèche cheveux qui est sur sa fin de vie.
Un couchage un peu trop ferme.
