Pros:

You could not get a better location in La Spieza, straight across from the station and bus stop to places like San terenzo 50 meters away. Also if you turn right out of the hotel it takes you the main street for bars and restaurants and straight to the ferry terminal.

Cons:

Just the shower cubicle a bit tight to get in, but then I'm a big guy, no problem for a normal sized person.

Beautiful place. It looks like a tea room everywhere.
Pros:

I loved all the little tea rooms with tea and cookies and books to read in the hallways. Even in the stairs. Breakfast was very nice. Spacious room. I loved that I could make tea in my room. Staff were very nice. I wish my stay would have been longer.

No complaints here.

Toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontré à l’hôtel ont été aux petits soins pour nous, très serviables et attentifs à nos demandes.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un petit problème avec la télévision qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien.
