Perfektní lokalita při pohybu vlakem, autobusem nebo pěšky. Recepce 24/7, klimatizace ve vedrech nutnost, uklid na pokoji probíhal, možnost úschovy zavazadel po check outu.

La Spezia als Ausgangspunkt für Bahnfahrten zu anderen Orten.
Pros:

Es liegt direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof La Sp. Centrale und ist somit guter Ausgangspunkt, für Ausflüge per Bahn hinten raus sehr leise. Vorn raus mit Flair- nicht allzu laut. 24h Rezeption und sinnvolle Kommunikation via Booking.com - noch besser live am Zrrsen, alle Mitarbeitenden waren mitdenkend und hilfreich
Zimmer Nr 32 ohne Klimaanlage aber mit Fensterläden und Ventilator war toll, 33 war teurer aber viel ungemütlicher…

Cons:

Vorab wurde mir Gepäckaufbewahrung als schwierig quasi abgelehnt, weil es die Staff nicht schafft… vor Ort war es dann doch die Stafg, die es mir anbot…
Die Leitenden sind strenger als die Mitarbeiter..

Buona la posizione di fronte la metro, camera pulita e con aria condizionata

Cons:

Stanza con pareti veramente troppo sottili e infatti sono stato svegliato dalle signore delle pulizie che pulivano la stanza adiacente, sembra fossero in camera mia.

Pros:

L'albergo è affianco alla stazione, comoda per andare nel centro città. Personale cordiale, simpatico e disponibilissimo.

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che uno debba pagare per avere l'uso del clima (c'erano 35 gradi e doveva essere a disposizione non pagarlo a parte), dovrebbero metterlo incluso nella quota della stanza.

Pros:

la posizione è ottimale ed è facilemente raggiungibile il centro e anche vari ristoranti.

Cons:

la stanza era scarsamente pulita, il letto singolo si trovava sotto le scale e la polvere cadeva sul letto. Il bagno troppo piccolo e il wc si staccava dal muro ed erano presenti delle macchioline nere che sembravano muffa. Il balcone non si poteva aprire.
