Personnel très accueillant et a fait l'effort de parler notre langue.

Cons:

Si vous aimez les hôtels des années 70/80, je vous conseille celui-ci.
Pas de meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser vos affaires. Pour le lit, pas possible de rester assis, vous avez une étagère en plein dans la nuque.
Et le comble, vous avez une lumière rouge allumée toute la nuit.
Ne mérite pas pour moi 8,4 comme note.

Pros:

Accueil très professionnel, des informations claires et efficaces pour accéder à la gare et aux cinq terres. Chambre très propre, très bonne literie et très bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel est aux petits soin. Parking pour garer la voiture.

Cons:

A 6 km de la Spezia, route un peu sinueuse mais en rien gênant pour nous à cette saison.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bekamen sogar das Zimmer früher zugewiesen. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, ist daher sehr ruhig. Für einen Ausflug in die Cinque Terre fuhren wir bis zum Bahnhof und parkten in der Tiefgarage unter dem Bahnhof. Alles völlig problemlos und preiswert. Das Frühstück war sehr ausgewogen und geschmackvoll angerichtet. Ein perfekter Ausflug und ein Dankeschön an das Hotelpersonal.

Pros:

Ottima colazione con caffè super preparato dalla barista.
Abbiamo potuto usufruire della cartina dettagliata dei percorsi delle 5 terre e indicazioni alla reception.
Al ritorno dal percorso prima della partenza abbiamo.potuto usufruire dei servizi igienici no ostante non avessimo più la stanza.

Cons:

Manca l'ascensore e le pareti delle stanze e porte non sono insonorizzate per cui sin che i vicini non si sono addormentati li abbiamo sentiti parlare e al mattino ci siamo svegliato con le urta e bussare di un ospite che si lamentava che i vicini non gli avevano permesso di dormire. Suggerirei pannelli insonorizzanti.
L'illuminazione lascia a desiderare: suggerirei di sostituire i neon sulla testata del letto con LED.

A comfortable stopover
Pros:

This was a highly convenient accommodation option for us after a day of exploring Cinque Terre, as we continued our journey toward Lucca and Pisa. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, the breakfast was very good, and both the room and the terrace were very spacious.

Cons:

A minor issue in the bathroom was the lack of storage space. There was no shelf under the mirror to place our toothbrushes, soap, or shaving kit, and the sink itself had no counter space for them. Additionally, there were only two towel hooks, which was not enough to hang both the bath towels and the hand towels at the same time

séjour décevant par rapport aux photos et commentaires publiés sur votre site
Pros:

situation de l'hotel , proche de La Spezia avec un grand parking

Cons:

chambre assez réduite , salle de bain minuscule et surtout une insonorisation des chambres inexistante . On entendait tous les faits et gestes dans la chambre voisine .

C’est un 10/10 n’hésitez pas à vous rendre dans cet hôtel italien ! Vous serez enchantés !
Pros:

Le personnel est particulièrement très accueillant, parle très bien le français et prend du temps pour nous expliquer les possibilités pour visiter les 5 terres, où se restaurer… l’histoire de cet hôtel de famille qui perdure depuis 1921.
Le parking sécurisé et la proximité de l’arrêt de bus et des 5 terres est non négligeable.
Le petit déjeuner est remarquable servi par l’épouse du patron et une employée très accueillantes toutes les deux. Le choix des produits est conséquent et excellent !

Cons:

Du fait de son ancienneté, le bâtiment n’est pas insonorisé donc très bruyant mais il faudrait tout refaire pour palier à ceci donc il faut juste faire le moins de bruit possible mais toute le monde n’est pas forcément à l’ecoute des consignes, c’est le seul point négatif mais indépendant du personnel.

Tous le personnel est à l'écoute ,disponible et pleins de bons conseils et le tout dans un français parfait
L'hôtel est très bien situé ,au calme avec à proximité restaurant et pizzéria afin d'évité de ce déplacer pour diner
Le parking pour voitures est parfait et sécurisé
