Durchschnittlich mit perfektem Ausblick.
Pros:

Der Ausblick aus der Suite 402 war traumhaft.

Cons:

Unglaublicher Geräuschpegel durch die Lüftung vom Restaurant. Man muss unbedingt reklamieren, dann wird ab 21:30 abgeschaltet. Parkplatz komplett deppert, 11 Parkplätze direkt am Hotel bleiben blockiert und stehen leer.

Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, es war eine kleine Katastrophe und Preis-Leistung ganz schlecht

An sich ist es modern, ein cleaner Style.
Aber nicht so elegant und vier Sterne wie es getan wird und man erwartet.
Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht und die negativen Erfahrungen überwiegen.
Der Ausblick ist toll, zumindest oben, hatten wir aber auch besser vor Ort in vielen anderen Hotels. Die Bäume verdecken doch das meiste. Sehr dunkel dadurch und weil so in einer Kurve zurückversetzt hägelegen.
Die Rezeption ist 24 Std besetzt und das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht und hat auch unsere Beanstandungen gut geregelt. Danke dafür.

Cons:

Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht, die sich in der obersten Etage befindet. Es ist wie hier auch schon Vorgänger geschrieben haben aber ehrlich gesagt ein Garagen-und Motel - Style , da die beiden Suiten so flachdachmässig aufgesetzt sind. Und auch von Einrichtung, niedrigen Decken und Sauberkeit her. Zugang durch lange Gänge und ab dritter Etage nur mit separatem Fahrstuhl, der sehr unvertrauenswürdig langsam und knarrend war. ansonsten gibt es kein Treppenhaus, sondern nur die Außen - Notausgang Treppe runter.
Im Zimmer selbst konnte man am Putz die noch vorhandenen Wasserschäden sehen, außerdem hatten wir ein Spinnen - und Ameisenproblem, die Wand hinter der Toilette war auch offen, wo die Rohre reingehen, auch auf dem Bett und um das Bett herum Spinnen. Ameisen aus dem Duschablauf überall hin. Daher haben wir die Zimmer Kategorie gewechselt und eine Junior Suite in der dritten Etage bezogen. Diese war deutlich besser, aber leider ließ die Sauberkeit stark zu wünschen übrig. Vor allem sehr viel Staub, es kamen Wollmäuse unter dem Sofa hervor und auch in den Ecken und überall nicht richtig geputzt. die Terrasse ist an sich schön, aber auch ungepflegt und etwas merkwürdig ist, dass über dem Hotel ein Hochhaus herausragt bzw von der Terrasse aus zugänglich ist mit anscheinend privaten Wohnungen. Also das ganze Konzept ist etwas merkwürdig und für uns auch überhaupt kein Vier Sterne Haus. Auch der Fussboden in den Fluren, defekte Badtür, Fugen im Bad und alle Fussleisten offen..
im Restaurant gibt es jeweils nur wenige teure Gerichte auszuwählen einem feinen Restaurant, aber einer der drei Nachtische war zum Beispiel auch nicht selbst zubereitet, sondern uns wurde sogar die Verpackung gezeigt.
Also insgesamt waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Außerdem haben wir extra einen Parkplatz im Hotel gebucht, wobei eindeutig suggeriert wird, dass es sich um die Stellplätze unter dem Hotel handelt wie auf den Fotos. Es handelt sich aber in Wirklichkeit um eine Parkbucht an der Strasse.

Ci hanno regalato un weekend in una suite superior vista mare.
Stanza meravigliosa, super pulita e molto ma molto spaziosa.
Avevamo richiesto la culla per il nostro bambino e, sebbene per un misunderstanding non fosse pronta al nostro arrivo, è stata subito preparata in camera dal personale del front office che ringraziamo.
Abbiamo cenato all'interno dell'hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Il letto era davvero comodissimo, la miglior dormita della mia vita.
Una bellissima esperienza

Cons:

In camera faceva davvero troppo caldo, abbiamo sudato molto. Non c'è stato modo di abbassare il riscaldamento.
Altra pecca, la colazione senza glutine era veramente scarna, due confezioni di biscotti tra cui scegliere e un pacchettino di muesli per yogurt o latte. Magari opterei per inserire anche del pane confezionato o delle brioche confezionate, di modo che possano essere aggiunte alla marmellata per creare una buona colazione.

Peccato per i pochi posteggi fronte albergo, ma forse è inevitabile, data la posizione.
Il problema più grosso è semmai la prevalenza di posteggi gialli a Lerici (non riguarda l'albergo, lo so...).
