部屋はとても清潔で眺めも良かった
スタッフが丁寧だった
朝ごはんはとても美味しかった

Cons:

7Fのレストランは値段に比べると、美味しさがいまいちで、サービスも注文忘れがあったり新人スタッフによる手際の悪さなどを感じてしまった。

Schönheit die vergeht..
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich gut und die Aussicht aus den Suiten ein Traum.
Der Zimmerservice ist sehr zu empfehlen.
Bis auf wenige Ausnahmen war das Personal toll.

Cons:

Die Suiten in der 4. Etage haben nur sehr kleine Balkone ohne Sitzmöglichkeiten.
Die Zimmerwände scheinen nicht sehr dick zu sein…
Leider sind die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit ist nicht überall gegeben. Erschreckend war auch, dass die Tassen und Gläser nur ausgespült wurden anstatt sie zu tauschen.
Die WCs sind sehr niedrig.
Eine Nespresso Maschine in den Suiten wäre angemessen.

Hotel with a beautiful view
Pros:

Beautiful view of the Bay of Napoli. Very comfortable room.

Cons:

There was a bathtub with a shower rather than a walking shower. The tub was deep and without a mat in the tub it was a little slippery and difficult to get out.

A pricey stay in a historical building. Not sure it was worth so much money but definitely a place to try once.
Pros:

Beautiful historical building close to the center with a great seaview. The restaurant is good and the rooftop bar comfortable. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit dated and there was no coffee making facility in the room. The balcony was very small.

Das Hotel wirkt konzeptionell und gestalterisch in den 1970er-Jahren verhaftet und entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen europäischen Standards. Ein attraktiver Meeresblick kann die strukturellen Defizite nicht kompensieren. Es fehlt an einer klar erkennbaren Willkommenskultur, und stellenweise entsteht der Eindruck eines nur eingeschränkt geführten bzw. verwaisten Hauses.
