A luxury hotel that delivers on its promise.
Pros:

Superb location at the pedestrianized 'lungomare', balcony with view of sea and Vesuvius, great breakfast, good roof terrace bar and restaurant, spacious classically decorated public areas, good arranged pick-up at airport.

Cons:

bar meals were disappointing, few good restaurants in the immediate vicinity

Luxurious and supremely well managed and appointed classic hotel with excellent facilities
Pros:

This is such a luxurious hotel, with very helpful and kind staff, with astounding views out over the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius, Sorrento and Capri; the decor is beautifully classic and the facilities are excellent, including a beautiful ground-floor breakfast gallery and a top-floor terrace for drinks and outdoor dining; very well managed and maintained, totally clean throughout and multiple lifts to all floors. Great value for money. The best hotel we’ve ever stayed in!

Highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel is very good positioned in a less touristic, fairly quiet and clean part of Napoli.
Several nice bars and restaurants within walking distance.
Swimming is possible directly in front of the hotel, however hotel staff advised the water quality might not be good enough.
Fantastic, attentive service level and a lovely room where all functioned as expected.

Cons:

Elevators small and somewhat outdated with longer waiting times.
