We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the hotel staff for the professional, courteous, and highly responsive service we received throughout our five-night stay at the hotel.
We greatly enjoyed staying in such a beautifully designed hotel, with its pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the excellent level of service provided by the entire team, both at the reception desk and in the dining room.
During our stay, we had especially close interactions with Marco from the reception team, and with Valentina and Imma from the dining room staff.
There is no doubt that they truly embody the message written on the back of the hotel business card:
"OUR UTMOST CARE JUST FOR YOU"
Marco assisted us with every request patiently, professionally, and always with a smile. He also provided excellent advice and recommendations that significantly enhanced our experience in Naples and the surrounding area.
Valentina and Imma made breakfast an especially enjoyable part of each day, thanks to their warm attitude, attentive service, and the pleasant atmosphere they created, allowing us to start every morning in a relaxed and delightful way.
We would appreciate it if you could convey our gratitude and appreciation to these employees for the meaningful contribution they made to improving our stay at the hotel and our overall experience in Naples.

La gentilezza e la “prontezza” del personale.
La piscina con idromassaggio e bar con lettini al rooftop

Wspaniały pobyt w komfortowym pokoju zlokalizowanym na 7 piętrze. Dziękujemy!

Obfite śniadanie, duży wybór wędlin, owoców, napojów i ciast. Kawa, herbata podawane do stolika. Miła atmosfera.
Restauracja zlokalizowana jest na parterze, tuż przy windach.
Elegancki wystrój pokoju. Nowoczesne oświetlenie, na zewnątrz rolety zasłaniane elektrycznie.
Basen wraz z barem usytuowany jest na dachu budynku na 8 piętrze. Kanapy, cisza, muzyka relaksacyjna.
Pozdrawiamy Panią Valentinę i całą obsługę hotelu :)
Dziękujemy za możliwość późniejszego wymeldowania.
Lokalizacja hotelu LHP Napoli Palace w cichej dzielnicy , kilka kilometrów od centrum bardzo blisko linii metra 2 i 6.
Dojazd do stacji metra Garibaldi zajmuje ok. 20 minut.

Cons:

Wszystko działało bez zarzutu.
