Another great stay
Pros:

My 4th visit to this great hotel. A perfect location in a very safe area if you are going to watch Napoli play. The Stadio Diego Armando Maradona is 10 minutes walk away. Very clean and comfortable. Great professional but also friendly staff.

La struttura è abbastanza confortevole, lo staff parzialmente idoneo: alcuni elementi molto disponibili e gentili, altri frettolosi e sbrigativi.

This palace should have been located in Mergellina and not in Piazza Garibaldi.....

Wonderful breakfast and very friendly staff

The hotel is brand new and very chic but the neigborhood is quite ugly although very safe and with excellent transportation links

Jederzeit wieder, immer ein super Ort zum Entschleunigen!
Pros:

Zum zweiten Mal schon durften wir uns im LHP Hotel für einige Tage aufhalten und haben keine Minute bereut! Noch dasselbe Personal anzutreffen wie beim letzten Besuch, ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit.
Auch dieses Mal haben wir im hoteleigenen Restaurant "Francy" ein Abendessen geniessen können. Diese Essen war gleichzeitig das absolute Highlight unseres Aufenthalts. Kellner Gaetano (ja, derselbe von letztem Jahr!) stellte extra für uns ein neapolitanisches Menü zusammen und umsorgte uns am Ostersamstag Abend mit all seinem Können und Wissen. Dass wir anschliessend auch noch Pasquale, den Koch des Hotels, persönlich kennenlernen durften, war noch das i-Tüpfchen!
Gerne kommen wir bald wieder und hoffen, auch diese beiden wundervollen Menschen wiedersehen zu dürfen!

Cons:

Kleine Details können immer verbessert werden, so zum Beispiel das Auffüllen des Kaffees im Zimmer (wir als Viel-Kaffeetrinker mussten jedes Mal nach mehr Kaffeekapseln fragen.
Um die Balkontüre von aussen zuziehen zu können, wäre es vielleicht gut, einen kleinen Griff anzubringen, um der "Lotterie" zu entgehen, ob sie jetzt zu bleibt oder wieder aufgeht (anfangs benötigte ich ca 5-6 Versuche, mit der Zeit hat es jeweils beim ersten oder zweiten Mal geklappt...)

Doesn't deserve a 5 star
Pros:

Room had good facilities, jacuzzi sauna and steam room, dinner was ok.

Cons:

Jacuzzi in the room was inherently dangerous, almost impossible to get in without slipping and getting out was worse - wet floors no mat etc. Everything was at a cost in the room even the bottled water (in a £700 a night suite). Room was 25 degrees when we checked in, when i asked to turn the AC on i was left waiting for a callback for 30mins... when i spoke to the same staff member he was extremly rude and dismissive. When we came back they had open the windows in the room stating that due to the time of year they couldnt turn the AC on. Whilst i appreciate this is typical in europe i have never been at a hotel that refused to turn the AC on to a room when asked. We stayed in Sorrento before - same situation - no problem to turn the AC on. Finally roof top bar closed, roof top pool closed (appreciate it was cold) but no pre warning or details that some services would be shut down. Very poor from what shows its self as a 5 star hotel.
