Immer noch empfehlenswert - hat aber ein bisschen nachgelassen
Pros:

Natürlich die Tatsache, dass das Hotel über einen Rooftop Pool verfügt. Gerade wenn man bei 32 - 34 Grad in Neapel ist (meine Frau hat Ende Juli Geburtstag), ist das ein unschätzbarer Wert.
Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir etwas mehr Tempo gewünscht. 10 Minuten für einen Cappuccino, sei er auch noch so gut, sind einfach zu lang.

Cons:

Es kam mehrfach vor, dass es am Pool keine Pool Towels mehr gab und trotz Hinweis es gefühlt ewig dauerte, bis wieder welche gebracht wurden.
Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir eine Option für frisch gemachte Eier gewünscht, was ich in einem 5-Sterne Hotel eigentlich erwarte.

Geen 5 sterren waard
Pros:

Ontzettend tevreden met de early check in en upgrade die we hebben gekregen.
Het ontwerp van het hotel is steriel, zwart/wit overal. Dit moet jouw smaak zijn.
De airco werkt heel goed in het hotel, misschien te goed, we hebben regelmatig koud gehad.

Medewerkster dat 25/08 de zwembadbar deed (Valentina) was geweldig. Heel zorgzaam.

Cons:

Prijs kwaliteit zeker geen 5 sterren waard.

- personeel zat vaak op hun gsm te scrollen, zelfs wanneer er gasten zijn.
- op 24/08 kwam één van de ontbijt personeelmedewerkers naar het zwembad en schonk zich een glas Passao in samen met nog een vrouw en dronk het op.... dit om 11 uur in de ochtend in bijzijn van gasten...
- openingsuren zijn een suggestie. Zwembad open om 10u30, maar stonden om 10u35 nog voor gesloten deuren. Ontbijt opent om 7u00, tegen 7u15 werd pas brood en croissants geserveerd.
-vaste prijs voor taxi luchthaven gegarandeerd. Bij boeking avond voordien was prijs €29,50, net voor instappen was prijs €31,50 want er was nog airportfee, bij uitstappen was prijs voor taxi ineens €37,00

Pros:

L'hotel è molto bello,, la hall, la sala della colazione.

Cons:

L'idromassaggio era rotto, nello specifico il pulsante che lo azionava e la camera non era pulita. Il soffione della doccia otturato dal calcare non permetteva l'uscita del flusso dell'acqua.

Great base for exploring and pleasant stay with juccuzzi on our balcony.

Nice reception area to sit in and the rooftop area

Cons:

Service at the rooftop and the reception bar area was slow service. Very few food option s 24/7 for vegetarians and very pricey. The spa was way too pricey

Zeker een aanrader, we hebben genoten van ons verblijf!
Pros:

Heel fijn hotel! Alles was heel proper en verzorgd, de bedden waren comfortabel en het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. Marco was bijzonder behulpzaam bij het vinden van een leuke eetgelegenheid. We hebben een heel aangenaam verblijf gehad.
