Struttura bellissima ed accogliente, curata nei dettagli con elementi di design stupendi.C'è stato un problema con la camera prenotata e ci hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito assegnandoci una junior suite che era meravigliosa con tutti i confort possibili. Posizione perfetta per gli eventi allo stadio Maradona. Colazione ricca ed abbondante con prodotti freschi sia dolci che salati. Al checkout c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli ed usufruire della piscina sul rooftop dotato di bar e servizio per il pranzo. Tutto perfetto!!

Our stay here was fantastic! The rooftop pool and bar, breakfast, and our room were all great. Marco at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and Gaspare was a fantasic bartender on the rooftop. Highly reccommend this hotel.

Esperienza semplicemente perfetta. È stato, senza dubbio, uno dei migliori hotel in cui sia mai stata. La pulizia è impeccabile, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli e sempre in ordine.

Il vero punto di forza, però, è il personale: gentile, professionale e disponibile in qualsiasi momento della giornata. Mi sono sentita davvero coccolata dall’inizio alla fine, con un trattamento che definire “da regina” non è affatto un’esagerazione.

Senza nemmeno richiederlo ci hanno fatto un upgrade della camera, assegnandoci una splendida stanza con vasca idromassaggio. Inoltre ci hanno concesso il late check-out senza alcun costo aggiuntivo, un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Ogni richiesta è stata accolta con il sorriso e con una disponibilità davvero rara.

Si percepisce la grande attenzione verso il cliente e la volontà di far vivere un’esperienza speciale, non un semplice soggiorno.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a Federica, che ci ha seguiti dall’inizio alla fine con una gentilezza, una professionalità e una disponibilità davvero rare. Ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale.

Complimenti a tutto lo staff: avete conquistato due clienti che torneranno sicuramente. Cinque stelle sono davvero poche! ❤️

Pros:

La Strutture merita le 5 stelle, lo Staff, dalle Recpionist, i Barman del Rooftop, le ragazze in sala per la colazione ad Antonio Aiuto Accoglienza e Infine a Lorenza della SPA fà si che il cliente si senta a casa .

Superfint hotell med toppenservixce och bra pool men i ett ganska dåligt område.
Pros:

Riktigt fint boende med fräscha fina rum och bra frukost. Välstädat. Poolområdet på taket var superbra! Vi var nästan alltid helt själva och det var fräscht och skönt med en pool att svalka sig i i hettan. Lätt att ta sig med buss och metro.

Cons:

Hotellet ligger i ett område som inte är så trevligt. Arbetarklass och inte många restauranger. Smutsigt och klotter överallt utom just på hotellet.
