Pros:

Il personale della struttura si contraddistingue per gentilezza e professionalità, prestando particolare attenzione ai clienti e alla diverse esigenze che manifestano, La SPA è davvero molto graziosa e rappresenta un valore aggiunto per la struttura. L'Hotel è pulitissimo.

Una piacevolissima scoperta
Pros:

L’hotel si trova nel quartiere Fuorigrotta, è di recente ristrutturazione, molto ben tenuto, stanze moderne e spaziose e con uno staff decisamente accogliente e professionale. Location a mio avviso ottimale per eventi alla Mostra d’Oltremare. Trovandomi a Napoli per lavoro non ho potuto usufruire della SPA e, vista la stagione, anche della piscina all’ultimo piano.

Cons:

Non dipende dall’hotel, ma, vista la contiguità con lo stadio, credo sia opportuno evitare la concomitanza con le partite casalinghe del Napoli.

The staff were incredible. So professional, courteous, helpful and warm.

Antonio, Anna, Valentina, Gemma, David and Marco were amazing, as was the lady who ran the spa (apologies, I cannot remember her name - I think it began with M).

They really made us feel welcome and were super helpful whenever we needed anything, whether it was help with cabs or a fan in the room.

The spa was absolutely wonderful as well. It's expensive (€35 for one hour or €50 for two hours), but it was so worth it. It's a spot of luxury and calm that is extremely welcome in such a busy city. Highly recommended!

The food was delicious, the staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel was brilliant, too - round the corner from a supermarket and a Metro station.

Cons:

If you visit in the off-season, i.e. before April, the air con in the room is in winter mode, meaning it is controlled by the front desk. If you're perimenopausal or a naturally overheated person, ask for a fan! Not a big deal, though, honestly.

Deeply underwhelming
Pros:

Location to Metro, being outside of the city centre. Staff were pleasant. Hotel was reasonably clean inside. Plenty of empty space in the breakfast room this time of the year. Close to the San Paulo stadium if you're looking to get to a game.

Cons:

Our stay was deeply underwhelming and certainly did not reflect a 5-star rating. Even with a complimentary room upgrade, the space was extremely small and had a lingering, unpleasant smell of a dirty mop. The room temperature was far too high for sleeping, and when we asked to have the air conditioning adjusted, we were simply told to open a window. This was particularly frustrating as the smell of cigarette smoke from adjoining rooms was disgusting.​The "luxury" amenities were also lacking: the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable—feeling like bricks or stuffed fabric—and the spa was overpriced at €35 per person for just one hour. We opted to drive to Stufe di Nerone instead, which offered much better value. To top it off, breakfast was poor, and we were hit with extra costs of €30 per night for parking and a €5 city tax. We actually spent our first night searching for alternative hotels at 4:00 AM.

Pros:

Marco Anna e Gaetano hanno saputo accoglierci con il calore partenopeo, attenti alle nostre esigenze, cordiali e simpatici. La struttura risulta pulita ed ordinata con tocchi di design e tradizione ad accogliere il cliente.
Spa ben attrezzata e gestita in maniera consona alle dimensioni.
Fermata metro e treno a due passi dall'hotel, strategica per evitare il traffico di Napoli e raggiungere le diverse zone di interesse in pochi minuti.

Amazing!
Pros:

Exceptional absolutely describes this place! I have to mention Marco- he checked us in and immediately made us feel so comfortable & excited to be there- he has an effortless flair for his work that you simply cannot learn, and is a credit to this hotel! It wouldn’t have been the same without the quality hospitality you can find here, it is 5 star.
Otherwise the room was amazing, we enjoyed it thoroughly and the spa was quiet and gorgeous. Thank you so much for the experience!

Pros:

Znakomita obsługa, która była bardzo pomocna. Komfortowe pokoje. Bliskość stacji metra, np. Napoli Piazza Leopardi i kolejowej Fuorigrotta powoduje,że jest to świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Neapolu i nie tylko.

The best choice to have a luxury stay in Naples, with top service and facilities
Pros:

What a fantastic hotel, each staff member made us feel very welcome and at home. Thank you all for making our stay in Naples so special! Grazie!🙏🏻The level of service is excellent, the facilities in the room and in the hotel were perfect. We enjoyed the Spa several times, the breakfast buffet offered local specialties from the city and the region as well as a lot of choice for every taste. We ate in the restaurant, which was also very pleasant. The gym offered all you need to excercise.
Impressive interior design. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The location was a bit further away from the city center. The metro and bus were however very nearby and there are enough taxi options as well. The rooftop bar and pool were closed, but it was early in the season so of course that is understandable.

gutes Frühstück, aufmerksames Personal (ich möchte speziell Valentina mein Dank aussprechen), durch Valet parking immer Parkplatz vor dem Hotel verfügbar (notfalls auch in 2. Reihe), unweit der Altstadt Napolis gelegen dennoch wird Auto oder Taxi benötigt

überteuertes Spa (30€ pro Stunde und pro Person!!! dadurch quasi unbenutzbar, überteuertes Restaurant ohne Flair, zu weiche Betten
