Do not expect 5 star service in this hotel
Pros:

The staff was helpful and the property was modern but this is definitely does not meet requirements for a five star hotel. The breakfast was vey basic. Location was good as it was close to the conference but they charged double because of the conference. Not a good value for money.

Cons:

There were stairs between the reception desk and the lift. The room facilities were basic. The room was small. The breakfast. The room service was not good. They did not put tissues (Kleenex) or toilet rolls. And the cleaning was very basic.

Pros:

Sehr sauberes Hotel & Zimmer.
Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal vor allem der Kellner abends an der Rooftop Bar.

Cons:

Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools sind nicht nachvollziehbar (10.30 Uhr bis 18.30); vor allem in der Früh, wo es doch sehr heiß ist in Neapel.

מלון מעולה מחוץ להמולה. שתי תחנות מטרו דקה הליכה, סופרמרקט גדול חמש דקות הליכה ופיצריה מעולה (הומלץ על ידי נהג מקומי) צמודה למלון. הפקידים בקבלה מנומסים ונחמדים, בעיקר האישה (לצערי לא יודעת מה שמה). החדר היה מעולה - מרווח עם כל הפינוקים.

Rundum perfekt – klare Empfehlung!
Pros:

Hier wird einem wirklich jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. So viel Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit habe ich nur selten erlebt. Ob an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück, am Pool oder beim Housekeeping – ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeitenden sind äußerst freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend.

Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben sowohl den Pool als auch den Fitnessbereich genutzt und konnten dort zwischen unseren Ausflügen wunderbar entspannen.

Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Ich würde im LHP jederzeit wieder einkehren.
Pros:

Sehr gepflegte und saubere Unterkunft. Freundliches Personal und eine tolle Rooftop-Bar sowie einen coolen Rooftop-Pool.

Cons:

Der Rooftop-Pool macht leider erst um 11.00 Uhr auf, sodass man morgens nicht schwimmen kann.

Schon beim Check-in hat Anna von der Rezeption unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Ihre herzliche Ausstrahlung, ihre Professionalität und ihre außergewöhnliche Hilfsbereitschaft haben uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Sie hat sich für jede unserer Fragen Zeit genommen, war immer freundlich, aufmerksam und hatte für jedes Anliegen eine passende Lösung. Mitarbeiter wie Anna sind der Grund, warum man sich in einem Hotel nicht nur als Gast, sondern wirklich willkommen fühlt.

Auch das Hotel selbst hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Zimmer waren modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Bett war bequem, das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Die Rooftop Terasse und der Pool waren 1A. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team – und ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön an Anna, die unseren Aufenthalt mit ihrer positiven Art und ihrem außergewöhnlichen Engagement unvergesslich gemacht hat.

Wir kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Neapel definitiv wieder und können das LHP Napoli Palace uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had a fantastic stay at LHP Napoli Palace & SPA. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

The room was modern, clean and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and a great bed that made for a really restful sleep. Housekeeping kept everything in perfect condition throughout our stay.

Great continental breakfast, delicious pastries and lovely coffee.

We were especially grateful for the staff at Napoli Palace & Spa for accommodating us on the day of our arrival and allowing us to check in to our room much earlier than standard check-in times.

The rooftop bar and pool was another highlight of our stay. It would be great if the pool opening hours could be extended particularly during the summer months.

Special thanks to Alfredo, Marianna, Gaspare and Rita for their excellent customer service.

We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.
