The best choice to have a luxury stay in Naples, with top service and facilities

What a fantastic hotel, each staff member made us feel very welcome and at home. Thank you all for making our stay in Naples so special! Grazie!🙏🏻The level of service is excellent, the facilities in the room and in the hotel were perfect. We enjoyed the Spa several times, the breakfast buffet offered local specialties from the city and the region as well as a lot of choice for every taste. We ate in the restaurant, which was also very pleasant. The gym offered all you need to excercise.
Impressive interior design. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The location was a bit further away from the city center. The metro and bus were however very nearby and there are enough taxi options as well. The rooftop bar and pool were closed, but it was early in the season so of course that is understandable.

gutes Frühstück, aufmerksames Personal (ich möchte speziell Valentina mein Dank aussprechen), durch Valet parking immer Parkplatz vor dem Hotel verfügbar (notfalls auch in 2. Reihe), unweit der Altstadt Napolis gelegen dennoch wird Auto oder Taxi benötigt

überteuertes Spa (30€ pro Stunde und pro Person!!! dadurch quasi unbenutzbar, überteuertes Restaurant ohne Flair, zu weiche Betten

la professionalità del personale, tutto, partendo dalla reception, passando per la sala colazione, il bar e finendo anche agli addetti ai servizi, sempre sorridenti. Quindi complimenti al direttore del personale per aver costruito una squadra professionale.

Per la colazione, finalmente posso dire veramente ricca , completa , sia dolce che salato, ma sopratutto di ottima qualità, con cucina disponibile anche per gli extra (nel mio caso, un’ottima omelette alle verdure )


Ringrazio per l’upgrade della stanza, omaggiatomi, per un banale inconveniente nella camera assegnata ;la tv non aveva ricezione )

unico neo, per me, la zona, che non era esattamente di pertinenza all’appuntamento di lavoro che avevo in un’altro quartiere, ma certamente il vantaggio che si trovasse a 200 mt dalla metro, mi ha permesso di arrivare in centro comodamente in 15 minuti circa - quindi per chi ha comoda la zona FUORIGROTTA certamente questo hotel lo consiglio

Das Hotel liegt außerhalb des Zentrums, für die Teilnahme am Neapel Halbmarathon aber bestens. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, für frisch gekochte Speisen mit Eier muss man jedoch extra bezahlen, was für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ein NoGo ist. Das Spa ist ebenfalls extra zu bezahlen. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut, das Ambiente im Speisesaal ist kalt und nicht ansprechend. Der Service mi dem Auto-Parking ist perfekt.
