Hotelli oli mainio, mutta sijainti hiukan heikko.
Pros:

Kattoterassi ja uima-allas olivat huippuja. Respan työntekijä Marco oli mahtava. Stadioni oli lähellä, mikä helpotti kulkemista.

Cons:

Sijainti oli hiukan heikko, hotelli sijaitsi lähiössä. Keskustaan tuli matkaa n.30min. Allasbaarimikkoa ei näkynyt juuri ollenkaan paikalla.

The hotel saved my stay in Naples.
Pros:

The staff were courteous, kind, patient, and attentive. Unfortunately, this kind of welcoming and respectful service is quite rare in Italy, so it made a real difference during my stay. 10/10 for the staff.

Cons:

At breakfast, I would have preferred direct access to a coffee machine. At the moment, coffee has to be ordered from the staff, and when they are handling several orders at once, it can arrive lukewarm or cold. It would be much better to be able to get a hot coffee whenever you want.

Best hotel staff team I’ve ever seen. First class!
Pros:

The staff at the hotel are truly exceptional, right across every department - reception, housekeeping, food and beverage. We stayed a week for a work conference. Every person we met was just so friendly, helpful and kind, it really made the stay superb.

Cons:

Well located to university and stadium, 20 min train to centre.

Budgetvriendelijk tophotel buiten het centrum, juist naast het openbaar vervoer.
Pros:

Personeel is heel vriendelijk. Ontbijt is naar Italiaanse normen heel goed.
Badkamer zeer netjes, modern en proper.

Cons:

De prijzen voor drankjes op de rooftopbar zijn wat te hoog. Beter kunnen ze deze prijzen verlagen zodat je er eentje meer drinkt. Kwaliteit van drank en eten is wel uitstekend.
