Pros:

Está muy bien calidad precio, limpio, sencillo, buen desayuno. Zonas próximas para correr: lago y volcán.
También hay muchos restaurantes cerca y estación de tren al lado.

Gentilezza e posizione sono i punti di forza della struttura.

Cons:

Vi avevo alloggiato diversi anni fa e purtroppo l'ho trovato peggiorato. Ho riscontrato criticità per quanto riguarda l'aspetto strutturale della camera che necessiterebbe di un intervento di manutenzione. Altro aspetto negativo è stato il forte odore di fumo nella camera in cui abbiamo alloggiato.

La colazione estremamente varia e buona. Come molti hanno confermato, posso solo aderire alle loro recensioni positive. Bagno pulito, ordinato e pieno di asciugamani. Reception moderna e attiva h24. Stanza spaziosa

Cons:

Anche qui come molti dicevano, un certo "abbandono" verso gli anni 90 delle camere e struttura, soffitto alto, e TV schermo piatto ma non smart TV. I cuscini sinceramente erano una sottile ostia che nemmeno due sotto la testa bastavano per stare comodi.

Una pensione due stelle tenuta male, camuffata da un tre stelle. Da evitare se non siete obbligati.

Cons:

La struttura pur essendo 3 stelle, risulta piu una pensioncina 2 stelle tenuta anche male. Molto obsoleta, materassi del 1200 con reti della stessa data. Arredamento non ne parliamo, siamo negli anni '80. La nostra camera inoltre aveva vistose crepe di 3 mt su 2 muri, niente di preoccupante, ma sarebbero da stuccare immediatamente, in realtà su una c'era anche l'intonaco leggermente staccato e cadente. Si vede che c'è sciatteria nella manutenzione anche da bocchette di derivazione lasciate aperte nel muro. Insomma, non mi pare che si sia la necessaria cura per tenere un hotel (per quanto economico) come si deve, per altro, i costi non sono alti, ma neache bassissimi per la zona. Dimenticavo, l'ascensore era rotto, un caso?... bho, comunque non depone a favore dell'efficenza, ma della decadenza, non ci tornerei.
