Fabulous!
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, for the price we payed was very good . Stayed for 5 nights breakfast included. Stayed in family room which was spacious, clean and as added bonus we had a balcony which you can sit . Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and has a lovely atmosphere , also went for a massage which was lovely and relaxing.Hotel was in a convenient as has shops nearby, laundry 3 mins walk and 15 min walk from the square (all the main shops). Definitely will stay here again!

Pros:

Centrally located, boutique hotel offering a free drink voucher if you opt for no maid service. Tidy, no frills room with little personality. No carpeting and thin walls. We could hear footsteps above and conversations next door The plusses: cheerful staff who show eagerness and excel at their jobs. Quick elevator. Beautiful marble steps and windows that open for fresh air Great shower and a comfy bed. The daily breakfast was just ok, the star of which is the pistachio croissant. Budget toiletries (all in one gel for hair and body), no conditioner. Awful hairdryer that kept punking out.

Nice hotel with great views.
Pros:

Nice and cozy hotel. We stayed on the fifth floor with balcony and access to terrace with great view of the bay and mountains. Full breakfast with a lot of variety.

Pros:

Nice hotel with cozy rooms and open balconies. I loved chainsmoking and drowning the ghosts in my head in a glass of whisky while stargazing on the terrace. The staff was quite friendly and even helped me deal with a scammer, which I really appreciated. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. Just be ready to walk a little along very tight sidewalks beside noisy traffic to get to Via S. Cesareo, but come on, you’re in Italy, that’s part of the experience.

Great Location, Breakfast, Staff, Amenities - Misleading Rooms
Pros:

The most incredible breakfast we had our entire trip. An incredible spread of food and fresh juices/ coffee each morning. Staff was SO incredibly helpful and friendly. The view was breathtaking, had a garden terrace, pool, and gym. Air conditioning also worked very well. It was so central to Sorrento it was easy to walk virtually anywhere.

Cons:

Keep in mind the room pictures may be misleading. Some are renovated and some are not, we received one that was not shown in pictures. Extremely small, two twin beds on a single frame, and a shared queen blanket. The staff was kind enough to bring us another one quickly & housekeeping replaced everything each morning so that was helpful as well. You may receive a newer room like advertised, we did not.

Tiny rooms, no space to put your suitcase, old tatty furniture, badly designed shower which floods the bathroom every time you take a shower, quite a far walk to the main town and the seafront
