Все наши ожидания отель превзошел и произвел незабываемое впечатление.
Pros:

Роскошный вид, потрясающий сад, спускающийся террасами к морю, невероятно комфортабельный отель с отдельными виллами помимо основного исторического корпуса. Лифт прямо на пляж, правда дальше от лифта на пару этажей по лестницам. Несколько ресторанов с прекрасным традиционным итальянским меню. Есть на крыше японский ресторан. На пляже обслуживание такое, что даже дубайские премиум отели позавидуют. Вода не бутилированная, а ее приносят в графине и наливают в стакан, постоянно обновляя. Фрукты, ледяные полотенца для лица. С пляжа можно не уходить до вечера, т к и бар, и ресторан тут же. Вход в море с платформы, по лестницам. Море активное, т к постоянно проходят катера и яхты. Но на этот случай есть матрасы и нюдлс, чтобы легче было на волнах. Есть сапы. Бассейн отличный на пляже. Места хватает на платформе для всех. Есть уединенные местечки сбоку у скал, есть у бассейна. Единственное - все шезлонги расположены на одном уровне платформы. Без ярусов. Обслуживание в номерах отличное, виды на море потрясающие. Гулять по саду можно бесконечно. Тень от растений, аромат лимонов и цветов лимонного дерева. Лимоны, кстати, разрешают сорвать, если приглянулись.

The best hotel!!
Pros:

Amazing hotel! Everyone from the front desk on were incredible. The restaurants were fantastic and welcoming. The room and view were priceless. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Wonderful memories!

Unsafe hotel and management that doesn’t care
Pros:

I was in the spa and walked from the waiting area, slipped on the stairs that did not have a handrail, and broke a vertebrae in my back. While the concierge was very helpful once we asked if someone could come to the hospital, management at the hotel did not care. I only heard from management after the day of the fall once I was checking out a few days later to tell me this has never happened before at the hotel. My room rate included breakfast and I could not walk easily the next day so ordered room service for breakfast, was charged for that since room service breakfast was not included (to give you an idea of how the hotel dealt with it)

Charming

Amazing stay at Santa Caterina
Pros:

We had the most amazing stay at Santa Caterina. The staff were incredibly kind and hospitable. The beach club was fabulous, there were many dining options, and the shop was also great. We are so grateful to have experienced this, and hope to return and stay again at Santa Caterina.

Absolutely Amazing Again!
Pros:

This was our second visit here and hopefully with more to come. It is a stunningly beautiful hotel perched on the side of a cliff. Every detail is tended to with the very finest service. Pool is gorgeous, grounds are nice and rooms/views are beyond amazing. Every single person is so friendly and happy to help, which really sets the service apart!

This was our first trip to Italy and we saved Amalfi to the end of our journey. Our stay at the Santa Caterina was definitely the highlight of our trip. The accommodations and the staff were amazing. More like staying in a villa as opposed to a hotel. As soon as we left we wished we could return. Definitely treat yourself to a stay at this amazing hotel.

Practically Perfect in Every Way
Pros:

Our stay at the Santa Caterina Hotel on the Amalfi Coast was as close to perfection as possible. From the grandeur of the facility, to our amazing room with an incredible view to the most delicious food ever we could not have asked for more. Each staff member we encountered was lovely. We were not ready to leave when it came time.

Veramente nel paradiso
Pros:

Nun, ist genauso, wie man sich die Amalfiküste und die Hotels vorstellt, nur noch charmanter, liebenswerter und familiärer. Das Hotel ist historisch gewachsen und wir sehr gut gepflegt. Das gesamte Personal ist äusserst freundllich und hilfbereit und auch die beauftragten Limousinenservices haben hervorragende Mitarbeiter.
