Location is perfect. Apart from that I am very disappointed.
I booked room with Cathedral view and paid more for that room. Unfortunately there was scaffolding covering the view. Hotel should inform customers whole booking the room so that customer doesn't pay extra to look at scaffolding and view completely obstructed. No apology nothing .
Staff need training.
While checking out the receptionist was busy speaking on phone rather than customer.
Cathedral view room had no view as covered with scaffolding. They should not advertise cathedral view room if covered with scaffolding and no apology given as well. Very very very disappointed.

The hotel is very nice and it has a beautiful view of the duomo, the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly.
The only down side that really bother us is that the glasses of the room are not sound proof, so we were able to hear all the noises from the street (like vendors opening their restaurants/store and delivery people) and of course the bell of the church waking us up at 6 am.
Amazing views, great brealfast, great location. Check in was easy. They had a service for parking which relaxed us. A favorite stay!
We stayed in early January when the streets were decorated with beautiful holiday lights. It was so beautiful! The hotel staff were very kind and helpful even helping take luggage up and giving suggestions for dining and what to do. It was the most amazing location right on the square with a view of the Duomo. I loved the church bells and the decorations along the ocean. The rooms were clean and beautiful with under bed lighting. A large breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was incredible with an awesome view. The location is close to everything - lots of shops and cafes, the pier and the sea, a ten minute walk to beautiful Atrani, and steps to a quick bus ride up to Ravello for breathtaking, famous views!
Only the stairs. To get a high up view you have to work for it a little!
