Pros:

This was my favorite place I stayed for my 2.5 weeks in Italy. From the cleanliness to the wonderful staff, it was such a great stay. I’d definitely come back again and stay here.

Cons:

I wish there was transport to and from the ferry for day of arrival and departure.

Nice hotel
Pros:

This is a perfectly positioned hotel for restaurants in the Main Street and the lemon trail. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens. The restaurant has a wide range of breakfast dishes and the evening meals are fabulous. The staff are friendly and helpful.
But only gave it 4 stars because we went for a small double room. To say small I mean minute. It’s looks like it was a single room made into a double. With a small double bed against the wall. Usually it doesn’t bother us what room we have as we only sleep in it however there wasn’t much wardrobe or drawer space for over a week’s worth of clothes.
Another downside is that there is no poolside service, yes you can go into the hotel and order drinks and food and they will bring it to you but for a 4 star hotel expect poolside service
The last negative point and we might have been unlucky. But because of the beautiful surroundings the hotel does events. After a very busy weekend when the hotel was full; on a quiet Monday afternoon there was some sort of children’s party. Nothing against a children’s party but when the compare has a loud microphone shouting at children no more than 4 foot away. What was a nice quiet day turned into a 60’s holiday camp. And you had to negotiate getting through them to get back into the hotel.

Pros:

Lovely pool. Nice room with large balcony. Staff were excellent in helping with upgrading the room. Perfect location for restaurants and bars.

Exceptionally friendly staff, especially the cleaning staff; who rearranged the beds for us for safe sleeping for the baby, and also the kitchen staff; who made the breakfast experience really pleasant every day, and even held the youngest one so we could serve ourselves. We have never experienced anything like it. Every day they had set out gluten free cakes for me, which was a nice touch. There were also lots of healthy options, such as omelettes made to order, juice press from fruits and vegetables, salads and vegetables etc. The pools were a little cold in May, but I imagine they’ll be very popular in the summer - especially for older children and adults.

The Hotel was ok, The room we had (room 402) was very small, never stayed in hotel room so small.
Made the stay very difficult in the room for myself & my wife.
One small wardrobe with 7 hangers!!!
Had to live out of our suitcases not ideal for a nine night stay.
Very disappointed.

Super friendly staff, fantastic beachfront hotel
Pros:

The staff at the desk upon arrival were super friendly and fantastic, all the staff at the hotel were excellent and friendly. Easy to travel to amalfi and Positano on nearby ferries and maiori is not that overcrowded with tourists. Perfect amalfi coast stay town.

Cons:

The pool closes too early at 6, if your visiting other towns nearby you could do with getting back and having some relaxing time at the pool especially for the kids

Overall a lovely hotel with just a few niggles
Pros:

We had a comfortable room overlooking the sea with a walk-in shower on the third floor. The views from our balcony were amazing and we enjoyed the firework display on our last night. The gardens are beautiful and very well looked after.
There was a lot of noise in the corridor from drunk guests at the weekend in the early hours of the morning and this woke us up. We wondered if there had been a wedding as it was only on one night of our stay.
There was a lot of traffic noise from motorcycles and scooters when we sat on our balcony particularly at the weekend.
The hotel is close to many restaurants where we had some good dinners.
Our only complaint - we asked for an alarm call for an early start to go to Capri and the alarm call never came.

Great place to stay with excellent staff!
Pros:

What a terrific staff! Sergio, Maria and Eta were there for us whenever we needed assistance. Sergio, along with Maria and Eta even provided extensive help prior to our visit. The location was divine, service terrific, rooms clean and just right. We had a terrific experience!!
