La tranquillità e l' accoglienza.i vari servizi tra cui spiaggia e spa compresi nel prezzo..il bar della piscina...comodissimo...

Arredamenti da rivedere e la spa cosi carina...ma da ristrutturare....inoltre qualche serata in più d'intrattenimento non guasterebbe....anzi....

Bella la posizione apprezzabile la presenza della spa, della piscina termale della spiaggia a circa 700 metri dall'hotel e la vicinanza alle vie principali del centro con parecchie movida notturna. Molto buona la colazione. Molto cordiale il Caposala.

Cons:

Non tutto lo staff era cortese. La Spa era aperta solo per tre ore al giorno..... Troppo pochi per un centro termale. La camera troppo piccola per quattro persone.

Pros:

Everything - breakfast is great, pools and wellness path exceptional. You have snack bar next to the pool, you can have all three meals in the hotel.
Beach is separated from the hotel (around 600m) , but it is private, there is a guard and it is clean.
Rooms are clean and all the people working are amazing.

Pros:

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti ( in salita/ discesa), dal porto di Ischia. È dotata di diversi comfort: piscina, piscina termale, terme, ristorante, bar, lido ecc. La stanza era molto grande e molto pulita ma non modernissima. Lo staff è estremamente gentile; hanno risposto a qualsiasi nostra esigenza e richiesta in modo tempestivo e con estrema disponibilità. Anche la colazione era ottima, era possibile scegliere tra torte, pancake, cornetti, sfogliati vari ecc.

L’arredamento stanza da rimodernare.

Un'isola meravigliosa con un contrasto inaccettabile in hotel
Pros:

L'isola di Ischia è bellissima, ed è un vero peccato che il nostro soggiorno non sia stato all'altezza.

Vanno assolutamente lodate l'educazione impeccabile delle ragazze della reception e la grande professionalità del maître di sala, che sono stati impeccabili.

Cons:

Tuttavia, l'esperienza è stata gravemente compromessa da due problemi principali:

1. Il servizio di sala e bar: Una parte del personale di sala ha mostrato grosse lacune. Si direbbe che non siano abituati ad accogliere giovani educati; in particolare, uno dei camerieri si atteggia a persona simpatica ma ha un carattere arrogante e sgarbato. Al bar ci ha deliberatamente ignorati, mentre in sala, alla semplice e legittima domanda sugli ingredienti di un dolce, ha risposto in modo offensivo e maleducato, trattandoci con supponenza e mostrando una palese discriminazione nei nostri confronti in quanto coppia. È stata unicamente la pessima attitudine di questo cameriere a rovinare i nostri pasti e l'intero soggiorno.

2. La sistemazione in camera: Pur avendo pagato per una camera con vista piscina, ci è stata assegnata una stanza la cui visuale era completamente ostruita da un albero.

Per tutto quanto sopra descritto, l'hotel non è raccomandato a persone LGBTI. È inammissibile che un dipendente con simili maniere rovini la vacanza ai clienti con tale impunità.

Bello luminoso accogliente sala colazioni molto varia dolce e salato camera pulita un altro punto forte servizio spiaggia compreso nel prezzo siamo rimasti oltre l 'orario nella struttura mettendoci a disposizione sala interna e l esterno dotato di spogliatoi e docce con piscina staff ottimo .

Pros:

Staff tutto cordiale e garbato dall'inizio alla fine delle vacanza, piatti tipici con cibo ottimo e abbondante.
Terme pulite e attrezzate, il cliente viene coccolato lasciandolo godere di momenti comprensivi di assoluto relax e benessere.
