I spent 10 wonderful days at this hotel in Ischia and it truly exceeded all my expectations. The entire place was spotless — from the rooms to the common areas — and the attention to cleanliness was remarkable.

The hosts were simply amazing: friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. From the administrator and receptionists to the room attendants, gardeners, and thermal pool caretakers, every single member of staff made me feel at home with their warmth and professionalism.

The food was another highlight — delicious, typical Italian cuisine that felt both authentic and generous. Each meal was a real pleasure.

Our room had a stunning balcony view of the Aragonese Castle, a sight I never grew tired of. Relaxing in the thermal waters and enjoying the beach with the crystal-clear Tyrrhenian Sea just steps away made the stay unforgettable.

This hotel is a true paradise for anyone seeking relaxation, beauty, and genuine Italian hospitality. We will definitely return with great pleasure and highly recommend it to all tourists visiting Ischia.

Panorama stupendo, veramente un giardino, la stanza aveva qualche carenza, il problema più grande la mancanza di connessione internet, ma il problema era generale, nemmeno Tim prendeva.
Gentile il personale, soprattutto l'infaticabile maitre Antonio.
Le terme bellissime circondate da tantissimo verde di ogni specie.

des marches des escaliers des marches des escaliers ... ce n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce!
plage requiqui rallongée d'un ponton mais transat PAYANT! acces a l'eau par un tout petit escalier en fer , bien se cramponner car ça glisse! et acces à cette "pseudo plage" par un escalier(encore!) raide et difficile; autant dire impossible d'accès pour des personnes d'un certain age ou ayant des difficultés de mobilité...
petit déj minimaliste, pas équilibré ( des gateaux et des gateaux... , ) pas de choix
on n'a pas eu envie de tester le resto, menus dans un porte folio qui doit avoir 10 ans avec des photos délavées...
on n'a pas vu la piscine intérieure PAYANTE , qui fait partie de l'espace bien etre , et que l'on ne nous a mème pas présenté le jour de notre arrivée
et pas de piscine extérieure! seulement quelques bassins d'eau thermale ferrigineuse , donc eau marron pas engageante ,mais l'eau est changée quand mème, mais je ne sais pas à quelle fréquence

Posizione fantastica.
Camera rinnovata buona.
Accesso al mare esclusivo (sarebbe da segnalare che serve scendere circa 80 gradini).

Cons:

Camera raggiungibile salendo all’ultimo piano della struttura con l’ascensore per poi fare circa 80 gradini a piedi. Sarebbe il caso di dirlo prima.
Zone comuni tenute male e sporche, ma soprattutto vecchie e in cattive condizioni.
Il parco termale ha tre piccole piscine, ma il giardino è tenuto davvero male; sdraio rotte, pulizia approssimativa.

Una vacanza tra il verde e il mare, un vero angolo di paradiso.

Ottima Posizione, cordialità del personale, giardino con percorso benessere e piscine termali ..
Si può stare tranquillamente in giardino e godersi il relax sembra di stare in paradiso . C’è possibilità di pranzare tra il verde o scendere giù per un bagno nelle splendide acque verdi . Molto cordiali i proprietari , grandi lavoratori, le signore alla reception, il meitre sig Giuseppe , i ragazzi Riccardo e Sasha. Camera posizionata nella zona alta , raggiungibile con l’ascensore e una rampa di scale … letto confortevole, doccia e servizi ottimi e veduta spettacolare

Cons:

La cucina potrebbe essere migliorata e i pasti più vari , considerando che all esterno non vi sono locali dove andare …. Anche le consumazioni al bar dell hotel potrebbero essere più ricche, se si considera il costo esoso . Se non si vuole raggiungere altro luogo di Ischia .
