Kiva ajan patinoima hotelli meren rannan tuntumassa.
Pros:

Aamiainen melko niukka, perusjutut esillä. Hotelli sijaitsee kivalla paikalla meren tuntumassa ja käytettävissä mm. patio, josta portaat uimaan kirkkaaseen meriveteen. Hotellissa ajanpatinaa ja kuluneisuutta. Meille sattui hyvä huone, myös osittainen merinäköala. Huonevalintaan kannattaa kiinnittää erityistä huomiota. Allasalue viehättävä. Oleskelutilat hotellilla idylliset. Respan henkilökunta erittäin palvelualtista. Kävelymatkaa Forion keskustaan 2-3 kilometriä eli noin 20 minuuttia.

Cons:

Hotellin osoitteeksi on merkitty Via Aiemita 27, mutta siitä osoitteesta hotellia ei löytynyt, vaan noin kilometrin päästä saman kadun varrelta! Olisi syytä korjata osoitetiedot.

Settimana piacevole e rilassante su un’isola meravigliosa
Pros:

La posizione e il giardino pieno di ulivi meravigliosi.
La pulizia della stanza, anche se un hotel a 4 stelle deve rispettare il cambio lenzuola giornaliero che non è avvenuto (in una settimana cambio lenzuola avvenuto solo una volta).
Ma soprattutto la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff in particolare un ringraziamento sincero alla sala ristorante: Gennaro, Domenico e Vito.

Cons:

La piscina termale da ristrutturare.
La struttura in tutte le sue parti ha necessità di una forte ristrutturazione.
Il prezzo che abbiamo pagato era troppo alto rispetto alla qualità della struttura.

Warm welcome in a great location
Pros:

We loved our stay at HotelLa Scogliera. Gaetano and the staff were so friendly and helpful. They were hapoy to deal deal with any requests we made. They even prepared a packed breakfast for us to take when we left early one morning on a day trip.
The hotel was in a great location on the sea front with a stunning sea view from our room.

Posizione fronte mare e personale cortese

Cons:

Le camere non corrispondono a uno standard 4 stelle: piccole, materassi vecchi e scomodi, arredo datato, rubinetti mal funzionanti o rotti, no aria condizionata.

Colazioni e cene nella media ma non da 4 stelle.

La fermata del bus non è così vicina, scomodo arrivarci a piedi con le valigie e il civico indicato non è quello corretto.

Très très décevant
Pros:

L' emplacement à 15 mn à pied du centre ville.
L' ensemble du personnel était vraiment adorable et au petit soin.

Cons:

Tout le reste. L' hôtel est tout sauf un 4*. 2* grand max.
Nous avions réservé une chambre 18 m2, nous sommes tombés sur une chambre glauque de 9m2. La salle de bain était très petite et la douche microscopique.
Tout était désuet, vieillot, en mauvais état (robinet de la salle de bain nous est resté dans les mains)
On a demandé à changer de chambre. Le personnel a fait son max et nous a trouvé une chambre plus grande pour le reste du séjour.
Nous avions pris la demi-pension que nous avons annulée après le premier dîner...la salle du repas est vraiment tristounette et le dîner... à oublier très vite.
Le petit déjeuner n' est vraiment pas terrible, c'est le moins qu'on puisse dire.
Encore une fois, si on est dans un 2*, ok mais quand on paye pour un 4*, c'est inadmissible

Gute Lage, ruhig und sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem bemüht und freundlich, man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist fußläufig zu Forio, nur eine schmale Straße trennt vom Meer. Es ist angenehm ruhig. Der Poolbereich ist wunderschön angelegt, mit einem großen Rundbecken und einem extra Thermalbecken mit Massagefunktion. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist italienisch, die Auswahl an sauren Sachen Eingeschränkt, aber es gibt extra Kaffee zu bestellen und viel Süßes. Leider ist vieles abgepackt. Für die Badeplattform muss man extra zahlen, wenn man eine Liege beansprucht. Wenn man nur über die Plattform ins Meer geht, kostet es nicht extra.
Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, mit ein bisschen Renovierungsaufwand könnte man vieles schöner machen.

Ein romantisches, kleines Hotel indem der Gast noch König ist und keine Wünsche offen bleiben!
Pros:

Die ruhige Lage des Hotels direkt am Meer in einer kleinen Bucht mit Blick auf Forio (fußläufig in 15min erreichbar), die Terrasse mit den Liegestühlen über das Ufer gebaut mit breiter Treppe ins tiefe, klare Wasser, die Architektur des Hotels, die gemütliche Ausstattung, der wunderbare, romantische und kühle Innenhof mit Veranda und herrlichen Blumen, gutes Mittagessen, sehr freundliches Personal, der professionellste und charmanteste Rezeptionist, den ich je in einem Hotel angetroffen habe. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Well located , there was a swimming pool. Nice view.

Cons:

The housekeeper with short black shoulder-length hair was not friendly. She didn’t change the sheets, and the common area in front of the room was always dirty. She also never brought any shower gel.

On top of that, on the last day before my departure, she blocked me as I was heading to the lift in my swimsuit, telling me I wasn’t allowed to wear that outfit. I’m paying for a vacation to feel free and relaxed — not to be judged or restricted.

Overall, this was a disappointing and quite shocking experience, especially for a hotel of this category.
