Das Hotel , Lage , Frühstück ,Poolanlage sind top ! Das Personal äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich!!

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war eine Katastrophe: viel zu klein und eng , abgewrackte Möbel , keine Ablage und Staumöglichkeit , das Bett war zu kurz , keine Steckdosen im Zimmer und Bad . Eine alte , laute Toilettenspülung . Auch von anderen Zimmern hörbar .

المسبح والمطعم الملاصق للفندق والإطلالة كانت جيدة إلى حد ماء

عامل مدير الفندق روببورتو كان غير احترافي للغاية وغير متعاون وكان لدي مشكله في الغرفةالاولى وهي التكيف سيئ للغاية وهذا شيىء مزعج للغاية والغرفة الثانيه مشكلتها الإنارة الخارجية للتراس بدون اضائة تعمل والشتر على الشباك كان معطل من اول يوم وانور مزعج في النهار ارجوا التعاون للراحت النزيل الفطور ضعيف جداً

Ottimo ambiente, dà la percezione di sentirsi in famiglia. Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima e centrale. La camera molto pulita. Anche la piscina offre tanto relax ai clienti dell’ albergo.

Ein kleines schnuckeliges Hotel mit Pool. Lage war in Ordnung. Es wurden 2 mal täglich die Handtücher gewechselt, das war super. Am Abend wurde sogar nochmal das Zimmer aufgeräumt.

Cons:

Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig und nicht schön, auch sehr klein. Fenster waren sehr schmutzig,

O funcionário pode ser mais simpático e gentil. Atendia com educação mas não se propôs a nenhuma indicação ou informação. No retorno incluiu o valor de malas no ferry que não foram solicitadas pela empresa NLG. Expliquei que não foi cobrada na ida mas simplesmente respondeu que tinha que pagar. Em um local como Capri espera- se um cuidado especial com a equipe de um hotel como esse.

Il servizio pulizia è stato ottimo, la stanza è stata rifatta più volte al giorno. In più avevo fatto una richiesta speciale e mi è stata gentilmente offerta dall'hotel.
Posizione ottima! Si raggiunge facilmente il centro di Capri e le attrazioni principali.
