Pros:

Otelin konumu oldukça merkezi ve güzel. Tren istasyonundan otel ulaşmak çok kolay. Otel çok şık, çalışanlar güler yüzlü, ilgili ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşıyorlar. Sabah kahvaltısından özellikle memnun kaldık.

Camera ampia, luminosa e silenziosa seppur a piano rialzato. Letto comodo. Ci hanno sistemato nella zona "storica" del plesso, e sembrava quasi un'ala privata. Ingresso e zona bar molto accogliente anche la sera per un drink. ottima accoglienza in reception.

Cons:

La colazione non di particolare qualità, soprattutto i succhi li ho trovati imbevibili. Anche la sala colazione è abbastanza piccola e spoglia. Bagno grande ma senza finestra. La stanza, nel complesso, beneficerebbe di un tocco più contemporaneo che ne valorizzi l’eleganza senza snaturarne lo stile classico, permettendole così di mantenere il suo carattere raffinato senza risultare un pò datata.

Classy
Pros:

Really nice hotel and good value when we stayed there. Staff very friendly and helpful, lovely bar and lounge area. The hotel generally has a classy feel about it. Great location near to the station and only 15 minutes walk from all the action in Florence itself. Will return.

Sehr schönes, gediegenes, sauberes Hotel. Zentral gelegen. Freundliches Personal.
Pros:

Ich habe ein Einzelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer selbst war eher klein, aber im Verhältnis dazu hatte das Bad eine schöne Grösse. Gute Bewegungsfreiheit.
Das Frühstück war gut und es gab ein Angebot an glutenfreien Produkten.

Cons:

Ein Gefühl: ich hätte mir bezüglich meiner Anfrage zum öffentlichen Verkehr mehr Informationen gewünscht. Wir haben uns dann selbst damit befasst.

Friendly hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The hotel staff are exceptional. Our luggage was delayed for 3 days and the office went out of their way to help contact the airport, to provide some basic support and help locate the source of essential items.
Everyone was very friendly and personable.

Cons:

The room emergency light comes on during a power failure which happened 3 times during two nights.

Truly, it was quite perfect, and upon leaving, I feel well-rested and cared for.
Pros:

I love the location. It is near the bus station and the river, but a nice distance from the crowds.
Everything is pristinely clean and so well appointed.
Nice workout room and an absolutely stunning breakfast.
The staff, every one, was friendly and kind.
I enjoyed walking to the museums and sights, especially along the Arno.

Cons:

I can’t find a thing I did not like.
