We flourished in Florence at the Hotel Executive and would gladly return
Pros:

We liked the bigger room with plenty of space. We picked the one with the painting on the ceiling. This is the first place we stayed in Italy and we couldn’t have made a better choice. It made us feel as if we were part of Florence‘s past. The breakfast was wonderful and the cappuccino’s in the morning were exceptional. The staff were helpful and friendly, even when we struggled with Italian words.

Cons:

Honestly, we didn’t find anything objectionable at the property at all.

Pros:

Outstanding hotel, location and breakfast. The lounge sofa area was very comfortable and inviting. The hotel graciously allowed us to store luggage temporarily when we returned to Florence for a flight. I would love to return to Florence and stay again. Thank you for a lovely memory.

Pros:

Ubicazione perfetto per camminare in tutto il centro storico.
L'hotel è di lusso..eleganza e cura nei dettagli . Il personale gentilissimo.

Son charme. Sa décoration. L’accueil du personnel parlant français. La prise en charge de la voiture. Le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Nous étions logés dans la partie ancienne, donc sans ascenseur avec un total de 28 marches pour gagner notre chambre ce qui s’avérait un peu difficile compte tenu d’un problème de mobilité. Nous aurions aimé être informé de ce fait lors de la réservation.

Pros:

We had a great stay at Executive. We were checked in early and given a room with a terrace. The room was on the small side but very clean and quiet. Good size bathroom. It happened to be very cold at night in Florence and the staff kindly provided a heater. The hotel is 10 min from the train station and very close to Arno River, making a nice walk to all of the attractions. Good assortment for breakfast. The evening happy hour and little snacks were great. The staff is polite and very friendly. Special thanks to Riccardo, the hotel manager. I would highly recommend the Hotel Executive.

Cons:

隔音不好，隔壁跟樓上的聲音就不多描述了，半夜被隔壁的打呼聲吵醒，就真的是個難得的體驗了。
