Pleasant stay… friendly staff ☺️
Pros:

The room had a balcony with city and Duomo view; exeptionally picturesque at sunrise. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The breakfast (included in the price) starts at 08.00 (a bit late than most hotels around Europe); we had to skip both mornings since we needed to leave around 07.00 to catch the programme.

아르노 강 바로 옆에 있고 300년 이상돤 건물의 호텔요 피렌체 역사와 분위기 물씬 넘치는 호텔임.두오모, 베키오 다리 등 주요 관광지와 가까워 걸어 다닐수 있음.

건물 자체가 300년 된 호텔이라 모든 객실과 식당, 복도 등이 아주 피렌체 역사를 느낄수 있는 품격있는 호텔이였음.
직원들이 아주 친절하고 조식이 아주 좋았음,
특히, 1층 카페와 같은 대기실은 유럽 호화 대저택과 같이 가구와 그림이 엔틱한 분위기 였음.
아르노 강 바로 옆에 있어서 아침과 저녁에 산책하며 피렌체를 느끼기에 아주 안성 마춤이였음

Cons:

The bedsheets were not clean when I arrived...on top of this , the person in charge of cleaning my room forgot to lock the door of my room , I discovered that at night when I got back to the hotel.
Thats unpleasant and unprofessional.

Posizione comodissima ai maggiori luoghi di attrazione turistica...sia a piedi che per la discesa e salita da mezzi di trasporto...location elegante e raffinata con spazio verde interno e terrazza panoramica con vista sulla città (una delle poche!)...cortesia e professionalità da parte dello staff al completo sia nella fase di check-in che in quella di checkout dove è stato possibile depositare nel periodo di visita in città le nostre valigie e ricevere tutte le dovute informazioni al riguardo.
Colazione internazionale ricca e ben curata!
Wifi perfettamente funzionante in camera attraverso password fornita all'arrivo.
Per chi deve soggiornare a Firenze consiglio vivamente!

Pros:

My favourite thing about the property would probably be the staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and tended to us asap. Even for breakfast, the staff were swamped with guests but they still made room for us at the living room area and promptly set up an extra table for us. Really good service!

Cons:

It is still walkable to everything but I would say it is a slight distance away from the actual city center/district.

Cleanliness wise was good! Not much to complain about there.

The hotel had a very rustic vibe and great decor but it did feel a little old. There were not much facilities to be honest and the rooftop was very run down, not like the pictures at all.
