Pros:

Location- service level - breakfast was very good and very clean - comfortable beds .. everyone was very warm and welcoming .. also made reservations for us . Great.location with amazing views of Arno River and P.Vecchio - esp from the rooftop

Cons:

Bathroom cpuld use an upgrade - it was very clean: but could be modernized. Toiletteries were good

Pros:

La vicinanza alla stazione pur non essendo in zona stazione.
La misura dell’albergo e l’affaccio sull’Arno.

Cons:

Direi che tutto mi è piaciuto. Molto carino anche il giardinetto.
L’unico consiglio che darei: dei cuscini più sostenuti.

Highly recommend it and I would love to come back again! This hotel is a win!
Pros:

Great location and we got a beautiful room with views of the river. Hotel staff were lovely and the whole building and its rooms are beautiful. Especially the outdoor garden! Peaceful hotel near all of Florence’s busy tourist attractions.

At home in Florence
Pros:

A lovely hotel, which felt like home. The staff were all very helpful and unfailingly polite. Hardip Kumar, at the reception helped us with recommendations and bookings for dining and transportation.
The breakfast room was a great place to start the day, and the building's decor and presentation was beautiful.
We look forward to our next stay here!

Cons:

We found it difficult to set our room temperature, and should have asked for help with this.

Great times in Florence
Pros:

First time in Florence for me, couldn’t have had a better time in Florence, much because of the staff and this hotel. The staff is really helpful and it has a beatiful view from the Hotel.
