Pros:

スタッフ一同、大変親切でした。朝食が贅沢です。古い建物なので水の出が少ないです。またフィレンツェに来たら、こちらに泊まります。

Colazione e Caffè non "commestibili".
Aria Condizionata inesistente. Mi hanno cambiato la camera ma il risultato è stato lo stesso. Notte completamente insonne con oltre 30 gradi in camera visto che a Torino a Mezzanotte c'erano 31 gradi. Da cancellare.
Una domanda: ma le 4 stelle dove sono state prese?

Pros:

Hotel is beautiful old building close to the city center, but in quiet area overlooking the river. Room is big with enough storage space and very comfortable bed. It was pleasure to communicate with receptionist Daniel who told us about amazing viewpoint. Staff is very nice and helpful. There's an air conditioner and our room was always cool despite the heat wave.

Pros:

Gorgeous hotel with lovely decor and a beautiful garden. Nice that they had a bar there aswell and it felt very safe. Lovely balcony aswell!

Cons:

If I’m clutching at straws I’d say it was just a bit less central than I’d have liked but still a lovely location on the river and only a 10-15 minute walk to main attractions.

One of the best boutique hotels I have stayed in anywhere in the world!
Pros:

A hotel with a soul! Beautifully renovated historic building, prime location close to tourist attractions but without traffic and crowds, wonderful river view, great breakfast, beautiful living room like lounge with a bar, and the most helpful and friendly staff members you can imagine!

Cons:

I cannot mention a thing! Btw, if available, ask for one of the rooms with the river view balcony! Incredible views!
PS: I wish I could give this hotel and its staff members more than 10 points!
