Pros:

O hotel ocupa um prédio histórico em Florença, secular, onde funcionou um convento.
Boa localização, possível ir caminhando até o centro.
Próximo ao Palácio Pitti e Giardino Boboli.
Quartos amplos e espaçosos. Tem uma varanda muito agradável.
Banheiro também bastante espaçoso.

Cons:

É preciso ter o espírito aberto para se hospedar em um hotel não convencional.
O que mais faz falta é um elevador, principalmente para as bagagens, porque é necessário subri alguns lances de escada carregando as malas.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with a rich history! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect next to multiple gardens and peaceful yet walking distance to everything. I will be staying here during my visits to Florence.

De locatie is erg mooi, met uitzicht op het park vanaf het balkon. De rest van Florence was makkelijk te bereiken met zo'n 20 minuten lopen.

Amazing staff, very helpful and informative! It is incredible to spend the night at a place with such rich history. The room was clean, well prepared, and the garden view was delightful, especially in the morning. Will definitely come back next time we are in Florence!

This is a beautiful old hotel in a quiet artsy neighbourhood but only a short walk to everything.
Pros:

This location was perfect in a quieter part of Firenze but such a short walk from everything. I loved how cool the apartment was despite intense heat outside. The air conditioner was strong and reliable. The history of the building was fascinating and appealing to me. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Rooms were spotless and everything smelt wonderful.

A very old and unique hotel.
Not what I expected.
In a quiet neighbourhood, a bit far from the city centre and train station.
It is close to a good shopping area. Probably a better location for young people who are up for a good walk to the central city area..

The stairs, no lift. The staff were very happy to carry our bags and down up the stairs for us
