Pros:

the hotel’s location is tucked away near the boboli gardens and the building definitely has its charm. it breathes with history in every corner, and the furniture is one of the prettiest i have seen in any hotel. the staff was very helpful and kind, even giving us some recommendations for good restaurants in the centre. i want to highlight the quietness of the neighbourhood, which allowed us to enjoy peaceful nights at the terrace.

Cons:

the bathrooms were definitely outdated. while quite clean, they felt claustrophobic and some of the facilities were not the most reliable (such as the flush button or the faucet in the shower).

Cons:

Accueil à l'hôtel très sympatique. Chambre et surtout salle de bains très très petites..
Pas d'équipement de confort. Le système de ZTL impose un ticket d'autorisation de circuler que l'hôtel ne fournit pas, il faut aller au garage avec lequel ils travaillent et payer 37€ de plus pour1 nuit, en plus accueillis par un monsieur extrêmement désagréable. Bref à éviter.

Unexpected old Casa
Pros:

Great location, walkable to old town sights. Make sure you go to Pitti Express right down the street and Caffe Pieri one street over for a real Italian food experience.

El hotel esta en un edificio muy antiguo, centenario. Y necesita urgentemente una reforma y adaptarlo a las modernidades del año 2026 aunque respeten su historia. Porque no es normal que no tenga ascensor y si llevas una maleta muy pesada de 20 kilos tienes que subirla a pie por unas escaleras enormes y muy largas. El hotel en general es muy antiguo y huele bastante a humedad. El personal fue amable con nosotros y nos trataron bien pero insisto en que el hotel no debería estar catalogado de 3 estrellas, sino de 2 como mucho. De noche daba miedo acceder a la habitación porque parece un convento totalmente silencioso.
