Pros:

This apartment is located in a historic neighborhood, right next to the Boboli Gardens. The décor is charming and full of old-world character, and there is a small garden downstairs that is visible from the window. The staff are also very welcoming.

Pros:

Room was cool and had a nice view of a garden.

Cons:

A bit too far from town, too many stairs from the street to reception, especially carrying cases, pillows very hard and kettle lead to short to plug in.

Relaxing, comfortable and friendly place to stay.
Pros:

The rooms are up two (and a half) flights of stairs in a historic building. Staff was wonderful about helping with luggage. The bathroom is small,yes, but that is not surprising given the age of the building. The room was very clean and bright with a charming terrace. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Even with the extreme heat, I was able to walk to restaurants and shopping easily. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only downside is the lack of an elevator mostly due to having luggage and the fact that Europe generally was experiencing very high temps which made it more difficult.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, staff gentile e disponibile. La stanza era ottima, con aria condizionata e tutto il necessario, compreso frigo, bollitore e asciugamani e teli vari.

Cons:

Alcuni rumori la mattina presto di altri ospiti ma nulla di eccessivo.

Ottimo team di accoglienza, ventata di aria fresca in una Firenze afosa
Pros:

Lo staff è giovane e super gentile, emana energia di positività e voglia di fare, inoltre ci sono venuti incontro diverse volte dimostrando flessibilità e professionalità. Il palazzo storico è fresco (e comunque dotato di aria condizionata) e pieno di retaggio storico Fiorentino.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, la disposizione dei sanitari l’uno dall’altro è un po’ stretta, ma può dipendere dalle camere.

Pros:

The air conditioning worked very well in this heat wave, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating, especially Alexandra. She made sure that we were comfortable.
