Ótimo custo benefício, fácil check-in e check-out, localização excelente. Não é longe dos principais pontos (se você não tem problemas em andar por 20 a 25 minutos), e é uma região muito silenciosa.

Cons:

Eu gostei de tudo, exceto, o aquecedor que não achei muito efetivo. Precisei ligar o ar condicionado em alta temperatura e mesmo assim, não funcionou muito bem. Tirando isso, gostei de tudo.
