Great value hotel in perfect location
Pros:

Excellent location between the main station and all the attractions. Surrounded by restaurants and bars. An ideal base to explore Florence. The staff were friendly and helpful with perfect English. We had a double room on the 2nd floor which was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. A bit small but everything you need. Air con worked well thankfully as it was very hot. Breakfast was good value, especially when you’ve spent way more at local cafes as we did!!

Pros:

Odamız temiz ve konforluydu. Tren istasyonuna 6 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Görülmesi gereken yerlere de yürüyerek çok rahat gidebiliyorsunuz.

Beautiful classic hotel in the heart of Firenze.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and beautiful decor and glass. Very historical vibe.

Cons:

Room was small, but had everything we needed! Wonderful soundproof windows.

Hotel City整體的設計非常復古漂亮，地理位置離車站很近（帶著行李約7-10分鐘的路程），也都能步行到主要景點，晚上附近有很多中國餐廳及超市，蠻明亮的，覺得回到飯店的路上很安全。

我的房間在設計上有附上非常多面鏡子，這讓早上的時候，不用跟我的夥伴搶鏡子梳妝🤣

每一位櫃檯都很親切，在我們入住的第一天櫃檯還親切地用地圖向我們說明整個佛羅倫斯的環境、景點及步行時間，讓我們可以快速的了解整個環境。

因為還不是太習慣義大利的氣候，第一天晚上覺得比較熱想要開空調，但空調沒有運轉，向櫃檯反應，櫃檯有表示因為環保的因素所以是暫停使用，但可能因為有反應的關係，隔天櫃檯（不同人員）有告知我他的同仁有跟他反應這個情況，客房的冷氣之後都能順利運轉，非常感謝你們積極處理🙏

因為地理位置非常的方便，我很常逛完景點後回房間休息後再出發，房間使用比較傳統的鑰匙，離開飯店需要交還給櫃檯，這點蠻方便的🫶

Cons:

沒有給到五星的原因是飯店有附電梯，但電梯使用上覺得有一點恐怖，電梯運作中震動比較大，加上因為不清楚使用方式，我們是四個人一起進電梯，但先進去的人先按了樓層，導致門關閉差點讓還沒進入的人夾到，希望未來飯店有機會在電梯設備可以更新。

A very pleasant overnight stay.
Pros:

We popped in early to drop off our bags, but we're told that if we waited 10 minutes, our room would be ready.
The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed from check in to returning late at night and final checkout.
The room was very comfortable but as we only booked it the night before, we were very happy.

Cons:

Leaving in the morning. 😋 We would have loved to have stayed longer, but sadly our schedule did not allow it.

Fantastic location close to restaurants and the train station and quite in the evening
Pros:

Great location the staff were really helpful gave us dinner suggestions. Bus and taxi information.
Close to a local gelato shop a bonus.

Loved Florence! Hotel is perfectly located, however, advertised bar was not open/available
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent, very centrally located, with all the major sites, markets, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Other plusses are: helpful and friendly staff, decent breakfast choice and large comfy bedroom.

Cons:

No bar - please don't advertise something you don't have or is not available. When holidaying with friends, we like to choose a hotel with a bar so there's somewhere to chill out after dinner/before bed, especially if the weather's not great, and we chose this hotel because of its location and because it advertised a bar, however, it was not open/available. We had a shortlist of hotels and would have chosen another one if we knew the bar was not available, only because there were others similarly located and priced.
