Struttura accogliente e confortevole. Personale gentile, posizione strategica per poter visitare la città a piedi. A pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale e linea tramviaria per aeroporto.

Das Hotel City ist äußerst empfehlenswert!
Super entgegenkommendes Personal an der Rezeption.Schönes Zimmer in perfekter touristischer Lage.Die Doppelfenster halten die Geräusche von der Strasse sehr gut ab.
Gutes Bad!

Cons:

Eigentlich nur,dass andere Gäste nachts die Türen zuknallen ließen und laut gerufen haben.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

Location was so very good. Easy walking distance to all the things you want to see in Florence. The room was very comfortable with perfectly good Aircon.

The staff were truly second to none. So helpful and kind.

Recommended despite the first night issue great staff made this a small issue.

We had an air conditioning failure at night however we were provided with a fan and the promise that it will be fixed for our second night and it was.

Pros:

Le personnel est adorable (mention spéciale pour Katerine).
L'emplacement est formidable en plein centre de tout (restaurant, cafés, superettes) et à peine à 7-8 min de ma cathédrale. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Nous avions eu une chambre triple alors que nous étions 2.

Excellent location! The reception is 24hrs which is very convenient for late arrivals ect. The staff on the front door are very helpful. Having arrived late we were welcomed by a member of staff who provided a map for us to keep and circled the best Restaurants, markets, shops, attractions to visit on our short stay. The following morning we were also allowed to keep our luggage at the hotel, despite checking out earlier that morning. For the price, location, and friendliness of the staff I would recommend Hotel City to anyone.

Our stay was perfectly comfortable and adequate
