I receptionist sono stati tanto gentili e disponibili, camera pulitissima, sta a circa 5 minuti dalla stazione e ha vicinissimo tantissimi negozi, zona molto tranquilla, consiglio moltissimo, molto probabilmente tornerò in futuro

Am ok Hotel for the night
Pros:

The hotel is close to the metro station, the room is a good size and the bathroom has good privacy.

Cons:

The AC in the room did not cool the room well. We were hot all night even though it was running at the highest level.

I think it’s ome of the best hotels in Florence
Pros:

Close to main attraction sites, friendly staff, quiet and the AC was working great! The room was large and clean. They had an elevator.

Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά στον σταθμό Santa Maria Novella, στην κεντρική αγορά και στα σημαντικότερα αξιοθέατα της Φλωρεντίας, τα οποία μπορεί κανείς να επισκεφθεί εύκολα με τα πόδια. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Όταν ζήτησα βοήθεια λόγω θορύβου από διπλανό δωμάτιο, η ανταπόκριση της ρεσεψιόν ήταν άμεση και αποτελεσματική!

Cons:

Δυστυχώς, η συνολική εμπειρία δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του ξενοδοχείου. Τα δωμάτια είναι αρκετά παλιά, με εμφανείς φθορές στα έπιπλα και χαρακτηριστική μυρωδιά παλαιού κτιρίου ή επίπλων. Ο φωτισμός είναι ανεπαρκής και το δωμάτιο παραμένει σκοτεινό κατά τη διάρκεια της ημέρας λόγω του μικρού ανοίγματος προς το εξωτερικό.

Η ηχομόνωση είναι σχεδόν ανύπαρκτη. Την πρώτη νύχτα άκουγα καθαρά την τηλεόραση του διπλανού δωματίου και τη δεύτερη ακόμη και το ροχαλητό του ενοίκου. Επιπλέον, ο κλιματισμός λειτουργεί με παλαιού τύπου κονβέκτορα, ο οποίος είναι αρκετά θορυβώδης και δεν διαθέτει εύχρηστο χειρισμό από το κρεβάτι (τηλεχειριστήριο) - έπρεπε να σηκωθώ από το κρεβάτι για να το κλείσω ή να το ανοίξω.

Πρόβλημα υπήρχε και στο μπάνιο. Κατά τη χρήση της ντουζιέρας τα νερά έβγαιναν έξω από τον χώρο του ντους και έφταναν μέχρι το δωμάτιο.

Το πρωινό δεν δικαιολογεί το κόστος διαμονής.

Συνολικά, πρόκειται για ένα ξενοδοχείο με εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και άριστο προσωπικό, το οποίο όμως χρειάζεται ουσιαστική ανακαίνιση. Για την τιμή που ζητείται, η σχέση ποιότητας – τιμής δεν με ικανοποίησε!

Relaxing and very nice.
Pros:

Beautiful property. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff was exceptional. They were very kind and responsive. The location was perfect for walking to all the sites in Florence.

Cons:

I thought that I had booked a room with breakfast included, but when we checked in, i would have had to pay more. It was expensive to add on, so we just went to a nearby bakery for breakfast.
There was a little confusion with our bill too. When we checked out, the person at the desk said we were all set, but later I got an email that said we hadn’t paid for the rooms. It was not a big deal, just a mistake, but it always makes me a little nervous.

Great Place, would book here again
