Comfy bed in a quiet and spacious room!
Pros:

My bed was super-comfy (which is unusual as hotel mattresses usually cater for overweight men rather than slim women!). The room was nice and quiet and a good size (I was on the third floor and overlooked some roofs). My conference was around the corner so the location was convenient. It was close to the station without being remotely noisy or in a dodgy area. The staff were courteous and helpful. There were nice restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The electricity sockets in the room were a bit dodgy and my plugs heated up. The plug of the kettle in the room didn't fit in the electricity socket, but this was fixed for me by hotel staff. There was no milk in the bedroom to go with the teabags so I didn't have tea.
The breakfast was basic (coffee machine coffee, cereal, cakes) - so I went out for breakfast. I would have preferred to have Greek yoghurt, a bowl of fruit provided to choose from, more seeds and nuts).
But otherwise, all was fine.

Amazing, affordable gem in the city centre!
Pros:

The most wonderful service from Hayato who made our overnight stay and first time to Florence, particularly smooth and helpful on check-in.
I had accidently left my mobile phone in a taxi which dropped us at the hotel and was very stressed about this. He was able to have the taxi driver return it within about 20 minutes with such professionalism and compassion. It was incredible and I cannot thank him enough!

Great location-so close within a few metres to cafes and city attractions, clean rooms with a comfortable bed!

Cons:

Nothing. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Great service, Great Hotel, Delicious Breakfast
Pros:

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here, the decoration of the hotel is really fun and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly, the breakfast buffet was really nice and as a pregnant women I really enjoyed the options haha. I also specified that it was our honeymoon in the reservation, and out of all the hotels I did a reservation for our Italy trip, they were the only ones to reply and to surprise us with a courtesy for it. THANK YOU!

A wonderful stay.
Pros:

The location allowed us to walk to famous sites and begin very close to the Train Station. Staff was friendly and helpful who provided useful recommendations to visit the Florence.

Cons:

There’s no “ Do Not Disturb “ sign in the room.

Nous avons tout aimé : l'emplacement plein centre historique, le sourire et la gentillesse du personnel, le confort de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner complet et copieux.
Le garage tout a côté ou nous, avons pu laisser notre voiture tout le temps de notre séjour.
