Pros:

Friendly staff, within convenient walking distance both to the train station and most attractions. It was a pleasant stay. They kindly let us have a cup of coffee free of charge on one occasion.

Cons:

We stayed in Room 28 for 3 nights. We had to ask for some soap and shampoo as there was none in the bathroom. The shower light wasn’t working, though the receptionist kindly said they have ordered a new one to be installed. The heater in the room has only worked to blow ambient air in, which didn’t warm up the room.

Passage Florence
Pros:

L'emplacement top (10 mn de la gare 5 mn du centre) l'accueil et la réactivité, le petit dejeuner est conforme à mes attentes

Cons:

Des voisins de chambre qui ont laissé la télévision fonctionnée les 2 nuits complètes, mais ça l'hôtel n'y ait pour rien.

Comfy bed in a quiet and spacious room!
Pros:

My bed was super-comfy (which is unusual as hotel mattresses usually cater for overweight men rather than slim women!). The room was nice and quiet and a good size (I was on the third floor and overlooked some roofs). My conference was around the corner so the location was convenient. It was close to the station without being remotely noisy or in a dodgy area. The staff were courteous and helpful. There were nice restaurants nearby.

Cons:

The electricity sockets in the room were a bit dodgy and my plugs heated up. The plug of the kettle in the room didn't fit in the electricity socket, but this was fixed for me by hotel staff. There was no milk in the bedroom to go with the teabags so I didn't have tea.
The breakfast was basic (coffee machine coffee, cereal, cakes) - so I went out for breakfast. I would have preferred to have Greek yoghurt, a bowl of fruit provided to choose from, more seeds and nuts).
But otherwise, all was fine.
