Pros:

History of this place is very interesting, and ceiling is impressive, very friendly staff. Delicious and beautiful breakfast by Dmitrii.

Cons:

We had a room next to breakfast room. It was so much noise from morning… what is normal, because people start to work.. but we want peace and quiet…so when you have holidays and want to sleep a bit longer, you simply not able. Also no balcony on this floor… how it was on pictures of booking. Maybe we were just not lucky with the room, but expectations were higher and we were a but disappointed.

Pros:

Absolutely everything, the staff were so genuine and happy all the time, they couldn't do enough for you

Cons:

We were in the annexe so just the stairs to be honest, for us we both wear glasses bifocals so doing stairs were quite difficult with luggage in hands, but apart from that nothing to change

The room was super nice, romantic, and had a good atmosphere. Personal was nice.

There was no cleaning one day, we were not happy about it.

Ottima struttura per un week end a Firenze
Pros:

Dormito solo una notte per andare a Firenze rock. ttima posizione per tutto. Zona bellissima lungo l'Arno. Stanza adeguata. ha fatto colazione per cui non so dire nulla su questo. Personale gentile e disponibile.

Pros:

La posizione molto bella, tranquilla con la vista sull’Arno,la struttura raccolta e accogliente, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione eccellente, a poca distanza dalla stazione di S. Maria Novella ,dal ponte vecchio e dal centro storico. La camera grande e confortevole, il bagno grande e con la finestra.

Cons:

L’unico punto a sfavore lo sciacquone del wc mal funzionante; hanno detto che sanno del problema e interverranno appena possibile, speriamo!
