Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente fantastico. Fin dal nostro arrivo il personale della struttura si è dimostrato estremamente accogliente, disponibile e professionale. Ci è stato offerto un upgrade gratuito in una camera di categoria superiore, dotata di un meraviglioso terrazzo privato con una vista mozzafiato sull’Arno e su Ponte Vecchio: un dettaglio che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale.
La camera era ampia, impeccabilmente pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio; abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il minibar incluso. La colazione à la carte, compresa nel soggiorno, è stata una vera esperienza: prodotti di altissima qualità, servizio impeccabile e una location suggestiva in una sala storica con splendidi affreschi.
La posizione della struttura è davvero eccezionale, perfetta per raggiungere comodamente a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni del centro di Firenze.
Ciò che ha reso il soggiorno indimenticabile è stata soprattutto la professionalità, la gentilezza e l’attenzione di tutto il personale, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con grande cordialità.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and the location is perfect. Right on the Arno river. Close to everything but not in the center of everything. It was the perfect place to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. The staff was so warm and friendly. They helped with recommendations and guidance as I was traveling solo. They made sure I had reservations, taxis if I needed and helped me with timing of activities so I would t be stressed out. I would definitely stay here again!
