great for a short stay
Pros:

we only spend one night in the hotel. The room itself was clean, the bathroom was a bit small. The room had AC which was great for the hot night. The distance to tram was great, the historical centre was easily accessable.
The stay was ok for short period, but if we were staying longer in Florence, I would look elsewhere.

Cons:

The mattresses were not he comfiest, but for one night it was bearable.
The walls between rooms were quite thin, we could hear everything - the shower, talking in the next room, which was not really comfortable because we needed to sleep before a long day of travel.

Pros:

Из всего понравилось лишь расположение отеля-недалеко от остановки трамвая, который идёт в исторический центр Флоренции. Минут 15 и ты на месте. В общем , атмосфера отеля - все из 70-х. Мебель старая , крашена краской, матрас пружинный , нет кондиционера, в ванной комнате - пластиковая занавеска, завтрак можно найти только в ближайшем баре, который рядом с остановкой трамвая, напротив отеля есть небольшая таверна, где мы ужинали. Надо отметить, что в отеле все чисто , персонал доброжелательный . Парковка за дополнительные 10 евро / день. Если кто-то хочет вернуться в прошлое , то welcome в этот отель.
