Pros:

A differenza di quanto letto, delle varie lamentele per X motivi, noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera moderna, pulita, sistemata, bagno con doccia, il cambio degli asciugamani veniva fatto ogni giorno e lo staff è stato super premuroso e gentilissimo nell’accogliere qualsiasi nostra richiesta, abbiamo chiesto due cuscini in più e siamo stati pure accontentati!
Ho avuto esattamente la camera che ho prenotato.
Posizione super centrale; a due pass dalla stazione, dal mercato centrale; dal mercato della pelle, dalle principali attrazioni. Colazione varia, dai cornetti, alle torte, allo yogurt e grano fino ai salumi pane uova strapazzate, buonissima la frutta!!
Se dovessi ritornare a Firenze, ritornerei qui con la mia famiglia!

La camera è ampia e la posizione dell'hotel è molto buona.

Cons:

Le stanze affacciate su strada o sul mercato sono disturbate da un gran rumore anche di notte. Il sistema di riscaldamento è poco efficiente e l'ospite non può regolarlo a piacere.
