Pros:

Everything was very nice! We stayed in the superior room with terrace. It was fabulous. The atmosphere in the hotel was warm and welcoming. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fulfilling.

Everything is so perfect, super friendly staff, great location, clean room, breakfast and happy hour are also great, would definitely stay again if visit Florence next time.

Hairdryer’s contact is not good enough, need to press while using, maybe it’s just our room.

Micul dejun extraordinar de delicios! Între orele 18:00 și 20:00 au happy hour cu băuturi și de ronțăit din partea casei, astfel atmosfera e una ca in familie.

Lovely hotel in great location with wonderful staff!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel with terrific staff. Marcella in breakfast room is so nice. Breakfast is varied & delicious. There is a cocktail hour in the evening with wine & snacks where you meet other interesting travelers. The neighborhood is quiet, away from crowds but easy walk or bus to everything. This hotel is a gem! Our second time staying & we will return.
