Family owned you always feel comfortable. Location is seriously the best. Tons of restaurants, shops and action around. Can even walk from train station about 10 mins. Breakfast so fresh and good and homemade gelato 24/7! Now can u beat that! Thanks to all - Terry. USA

Naprosto úžasný a vstřícný by pan Filippo, který vždy a skvěle se vším pomohl.
Pros:

Ubytování proběhlo bez problémů dokonce dříve než bylo uvedeno, hotel je na exklusivním místě (všechny důležité památky tak do 10ti min pěšky). Pokoj čistý, postel pohodlná, koupelna čistá, klimatizace funčkní a tichá. Snídaně obsahovala vše, co pro mne bylo důležité i přítomná obsluha byla ochotná. Nebyl problém si zanechat zavazadla v hotelu až do odpoleního odjezdu.

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Duomo! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Florence, making it very easy to explore the city on foot.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We especially loved the complimentary refreshments. The free ice cream in a variety of flavours was a fantastic surprise and a real treat for the children — they could enjoy as much as they wanted! There was also delicious wine, a regional liqueur, sweets, coffee and tea available for guests.

The hotel was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything made us feel welcome and well looked after. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Duomo, especially to families with children!

The staff here goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. They even have a case with four different homemade gelato’s for free-perfect way to cool down after a day of sightseeing! I highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

Ótima localização em frente ao Duomo, perto de tudo, fizemos tudo caminhando, opção de restaurantes, sorveterias, tudo perto. Café bem gostoso e sempre tem sorvete disponível para os hóspedes, excelente. atendimento em português por brasileiros.
