Enjoyable few days- central location was a bonus- staff really friendly

Cons:

The pillows were oversized and way too dense for a comfortable sleep- staff did change them for us though which was much appreciated!

Pros:

L'emplacement via Cavour est idéal . Tous les lieux emblématiques de Firenze sont à quelques centaines de mètres : San Marco, l'Accademia ,
le Duomo , les rois mages et la chapelle des Médicis .
Restauration possible autour du Duomo : l'odorat , le palais , la vue et la foule !
Petit déjeuner inclus et copieux . On peut réserver son créneau horaire ainsi une table est accessible .

Tiene buena ubicación. La tarifa incluía desayuno.

Cons:

La habitación demasiado pequeña, un tanto claustrofobica, muy incómoda. No habia espacio para dejar nada. Quedamos decepcionados teniendo en cuenta que pagamos bastante por noche en este hotel.

Personal var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Cons:

rummets storlek var lite för liten. Frukost var väldigt ensidig , enkel , fantasilöst.
Det fattas en skohorn. Belysningen i badrummet för svag och det fattas förstornings spegel att sminka sig. Det fattas krokar att hänga ute kläder.

Ubicación maravillosa, relación calidad precio muy normal

Ubicación fabulosa, a unos quince minutos de la estación de tren y sólo a cinco minutos de la catedral. Personal muy amable también, sobre todo el chico de pelo rizado por la tarde y también la chica del desayuno, junto a su compañero. Cama cómoda. El plato de ducha también una maravilla, el baño era muy amplio. Además, se escuchaba muy poco ruido

El edificio es súper antiguo. La habitación no se corresponde PARA NADA con las fotos de Booking. Sé que yo tenía una habitación individual, pero me dieron una habitación con una ventana súper pequeña que no se podía ver casi nada encima daba al patio interior, podrían haber tenido más consideración en ese aspecto ya que el hotel no estaba completo. El desayuno te lo venden como buffet aunque es muy limitado y el comedor era muy pequeño
