Pros:

O quarto é muito confortável e de bom tamanho. Cama confortável e banheiro bom.
A localização é maravilhosa! Perto das atrações e a poucos minutos a pé.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bom, mas o salão é um pouco tumultuado.
Os móveis dos apartamentos , embora em bom estado, são bem antigos e necessitam de uma modernização.

Wonderful!!
Pros:

Very close to Duomo. Staff is amazing especially Francesco. Always at hand and service with a smile. We had a very good breakfast nothing I could say negatively. Perfect.

Excelente Ubicación para Explorar Florencia
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel, su estilo y el personal que nos recibió. Resolvieron todas nuestras dudas. El desayuno muy bueno y personal amable. Es perfecto para explorar la ciudad. Las habitaciones son amplias, perfecto para viajar en grupos porque hay muchas camas sencillas disponibles.

Cons:

Nuestra habiatacion por estar en la primera planta era un poco oscura y con algo de humedad. El servicio de parking es carísimo, seguro por estar en el centro de Florencia.

Fair hotel with a perfect location
Pros:

Location of the place is hard to beat. It's walking distance from a lot of places and very close to the Academy (to see El David).
I liked the bed. Big enough and comfy enough too.
The people at the reception were also nice and shared some tips about the city.

Cons:

The bathroom had a bad smell. You could close the door and ignore it, and since we were not there the whole it didn't matter, but th few times we had to use the bathroom, you could notice it.

Cons:

Couldn’t watch World Cup game bec TV had bad WiFi. The room had bad WiFi, the room had bad air conditioning and it was very hot, the bathroom door did not close, it was very old with broken tiles. Parking was 70 EUR for 2 night and took very long time to recover it. Staff did not ask me how was my stay.
