Muy cómoda y amable, nos encantó
Pros:

El hotel está situado en el centro cerca de todos los sitios turísticos. Es muy cómodo, las habitaciones son amplias cuentan con todas las comodidades, en encanto la ducha. El desayuno es abundante y de buena calidad. El personal es muy amable. Cuando vuelva a Florencia me hospedaré sin dudarlo es este hotel. Muy buena relación calidad precio.

Extremely disappointing experience, especially because of the way the hotel handled some very concerning incidents.

My AirPods disappeared during our stay. A few hours later, I was able to locate them at a private address outside the hotel. I simply asked the hotel to check whether this address could belong to one of their employees. I received a very dismissive response saying that it was impossible for a member of staff to have taken them and that they would not question their employees.

For a hotel of this size, I would have expected them to at least take the situation seriously and investigate before immediately dismissing the possibility.

Since then, the situation has become even more concerning: my AirPods have repeatedly been located at the hotel, then at the same private address, then back at the hotel again. This has happened several times. I informed the hotel of these new developments, and since then I have received no further response.

We also had a very unpleasant experience with the valet. While driving our car, he moved forward and hit the car parked in front of ours, right in front of us. We had to shout at him to stop because our bumper was already pressed against the other car. He reversed, got out, and then told us that we were lying and that he had never touched the other vehicle.

Between the disappearance of my AirPods, their repeated locations between the hotel and the same private address, and the valet incident, what is most disturbing is the complete lack of accountability and honesty in the way these situations were handled.

Unfortunately, this experience left us with a very strong feeling of dishonesty and absolutely no trust in this establishment.

A reggeli igazi olasz, rengeteg friss édes péksüteménnyel, tortával, frissen csavart narancslével, csorgatott mézzel és nagyon finom capuccinóval...a szállás elhelyezkedése varázslatos, 2 percre a központtól. Mindenkinek ajánlom.

La ubicación próxima al centro histórico.
La tranquilidad del hotel.

Cons:

El espacio del aseo es pequeño, dentro de la ducha está el wáter.
A la hora de aparcar o reservas a través del hotel o imposible. El coche se lo lleva un aparcacoches y has de dejar las llaves. El nuestro fue aparcado a 1km del hotel. Devuelto el coche correcto, aunque has de avisar con 30 minutos de antelación.

Das ganze Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Francesco hat sogar meinen Koffer getragen. Frischgepresster Osaft beim Frühstück mit charmanten Gesprächen mit den Mitarbeitern. Bequemes Bett. Guter Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Klimaanlage in den Zimmern
