A good stay overall, mainly thanks to the location and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location close to the city center. The staff were consistently polite and helpful across all departments – reception, restaurant, and housekeeping. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I also appreciated the option to leave my luggage at the hotel after check-out.

Cons:

The room felt somewhat outdated, the soundproofing was poor, and it took quite a while for the hot water to come through.

Tekrar gitsem aynı oteli tercih ederdim.
Pros:

Beklentimizin çok çok üstündeydi kahvaltı. İnanılmaz çeşitliydi ve herşey lezzetliydi. Personeller çok güler yüzlü ve sıcaktı. Ayrılacağımız gün üzülmüşlerdi bile çokça güzel sohbet ettik çok memnun kaldık.Otelin konumu da müzelere çok yakındı özellikle yakın olmasını istedik çünkü sabah girişli müze bileti almıştık. İstasyona da dönüş zamanı uberle 9-10 dk da gittik.

Cons:

Banyolar küçüktü daha rahat olabilirdi. Birde avrupanın genelinde olan sorun keşke terlik verseler oda için.

Wonderful stay!
Pros:

Hotel is within walking distance to major attractions. Room is clean and comfortable. There were wide variety of food and fruit to choose from at the breakfast. Waiters made wonderful coffee.

Super hospedaje
Pros:

La ubicación esta super genial, el cuarto super cómodo y las personas de la recepción super amables! Me hospedaria N veces aqui! Nosotros llegamos en auto rentado y el personal del hotel nos ayudó a llevarlo al estacionamiento y en el check inn si les avisas a que hora te retiras, ya tienen tu vehículo en la puerta! Super hotel!!
