Pros:

El desayuno es increíble! El personal maravilloso, todos muy amables y atentos, la habitación como se muestra en las fotos, cómoda.

Cons:

No había elevador, fue algo pesado subir las maletas, por suerte las habitaciones están en el primer piso.

Very nice, but outdated
Pros:

The location is great, good breakfasts (except for the juices), the baked goods were very good! The staff is very friendly! The room is spacious and has a kettle with coffee/ tea bags.

Cons:

The shower head fell off, the room is very outdated and looked like evening would fall apart, the elevator was under construction, which was a major bummer for us, because with a baby stroller and luggage it was quite a challenge for us to go up and down every time

Stadthotel zentral in Florenz
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt. Kurze Wege zum Bahnhof, Dom etc

Croissants beim Frühstück waren super. Wasserspender war vorhanden

Cons:

Die Betten waren extrem durchgelesen.

Pros:

Przytulny hotelik, kilka minut pieszo od dworca kolejowego i niedaleko spacerem do głównych florenckich atrakcji historycznych. Wszystko, czego nam było trzeba na krótki pobyt. Miła obsługa i fajne śniadanko z kawą.

Cons:

Mimo okna od strony dziedzińca, zbyt cicho nie było, ale to w końcu centrum miasta...

Pros:

Only good thing is location, but there's plenty of othet hotels around, I regret picking this one.

Cons:

I booked this hotel for my mom and brother on a family trip. My mom was very unhappy. She couldn't sit on the toilet because it was in such a crammed spot and she is not a large person. Hallways smelled terrible and made her nauseous. If you love whoever you are booking for, please do not book this hotel. I was mislead by the reviews.

Pros:

The room was comfortable, clean and light enough, big enough for two people, breakfast was very complete, friendly staff, location is a plus, very close to the main atractions that Florence offers.

Cons:

Wifi was a little weak.
Bathroom was too small. I dont know in other rooms, but I understood it was renovated recently.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Comfy bed, friendly staff and great location.

Friendly, great location, very authentically Italian.

Cons:

En-suite door opening was tight to sanitary ware. No drawers. Air con was working but weak. It was 39 degrees when we visited. No bottled water in room and lift under construction to first floor hotel.

Klein aber fein
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber es gibt alles was man braucht. Alles ist sauber, das Personal freundlich. Das Frühstück ausreichend und frisch. Es ist ein kleines Hotel, es wirkt dadurch familiär. Die Rezeption ist immer besetzt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, das richtige, wenn man sich eine Stadt ansehen will.
