It is worth the stay just for the breakfast they have every morning! Like most of the hotel the room is small, but very nice

Great little hotel, only downside was the shower didn’t drain at all. Room was clean, breakfast was good area was nice.

This hotel is a great option if you want to stay within walking distance of the city centre. It’s conveniently located near the train station, and the breakfast is great.
However, it’s important to note that the hotel is located on the second floor and doesn’t have an elevator.

I was grateful to find this hotel which is able to accommodate my family of four (2 college aged kids) in 1 room. The hotel is in a very convenient location near to SMN train station with plenty of restaurants nearby. The AC wasn’t cooling enough but tolerable. The breakfast was great and the staff were always accommodating.

Very clean and newly renovated rooms, friendly staff, great location, free carbonated water available 24/7. The only potential issue for customers is the lack of an elevator to the 1st floor so you have to be able to manage one flight of stairs.

Close to train station and Duomo church. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and churches.

Great A/C during the warm weather. Location is convenient to the train station. The room fit perfect for 3 of us traveling together.

Nice size room. The bathroom is narrow but well designed for the things I need on the long counter space. The windows are nice to have which I open to let the steam out and not fog up the mirror. The shower has nice strong flow and good size with closed door and not the plastic curtain that always leaks out the water wetting the entire floor. The bed is hard but comfortable enough. The pillow was flat so extra pillows would be nice. The air conditioning is good and keep room cool. You can adjust it when you open where the adjustment was covered up to adjust the fan flow and temperature. We enjoy our night stay. Breakfast was nice touch and we were allow to leave our luggage after checking out so we can walk around until we head to the train station which is around the corner by Burger King. We will stay here again if we go back to Florence.

I like this hotel and have stayed here twice
Unfortunately there was loud, nonstop talking on the phone in the next room; and walls are thin so my room didn't feel private or restful. This isn't the hotel's fault.

The hotel was perfectly placed for me to walk everywhere I wanted to get to. My single room was very comfortable and although small the bathroom had a great good size shower. One very useful touch was the water cooler available at all times in the lobby. Very good breakfast and all the staff friendly and helpful. I would be very happy to return.

Nice place to stay and friendly staff.

An amazing stay, perfectly located on old town. Quiet, comfortable breakfast was plentiful and varied, thank you Isobel, a lovely friendly lady making sure everything available ad tables cleared, with a few words and a smile. All staff were cheerful no complaints at all. On a foot street, so no noise outside, limited vehicle access times so ensure your taxi can get to it. Not a great issue 50 metres from road. There is a flight of stairs up to entrance and reception so no go for wheel chairs.
All in all great hotel and worth a return visit

My partner and I stayed for four nights and found the stay very pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly and on hand for any questions. The hotel had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was perfect for sightseeing and transport. Would definitely stay again if we return to Florence.
