Interior, reception, amenities in the room.Even toilet paper in flowers) so nice.Its simple small things but it’s help to make the room cozy, more comfortable.

Cons:

Thin walls.If guests next door have a fun, you will hear it.Earplugs with noise cancellation very helpful).

¡Una excelente estancia en Florencia! El alojamiento está ubicado a unos 10 minutos caminando del centro y aproximadamente a 25 minutos de la estación de tren, lo que resulta muy práctico para conocer la ciudad y desplazarse.

Cuenta con elevador, algo especialmente cómodo cuando llevas maletas, además de aire acondicionado y todos los servicios necesarios para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. Zona muy tranquila

El lugar es cómodo, práctico y está muy bien ubicado. ¡Sin duda, una excelente opción para visitar Florencia

Dario recommended us places to visit and restaurants to eat. He went the extra mile advising which areas to avoid

Great location, just 10 mins walk from Duomo

Quiet

Air con in the room . However it felt quite cool since the building is from the 15th century with thick walls

Drinking fountain and daily replenished water bottles in the room were a lovely touch, especially since it's so hot in August

Pros:

The property is in the immediate vicinity of the cathedral but located on a quiet street. The room is spacious enough, well-equipped, tidy, and clean. There are good restaurants and grocery stores nearby.The staff are extremely friendly and provide all the information about Florence with lots of useful tips

- total freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal
- Wasserspender und gratis Kaffee in der Lobby
- großartige Lage - super Zentral
- liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse

Cons:

Es ist sehr hellhörig.
Man hört die Nachbarn gefühlt sogar flüstern und die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich laut. Würde Oropax empfehlen - dann ist alles perfekt !

Dobra lokalizacja, czysto, bardzo przyjemny pokój i obsługa. Pan Dario bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny w każdej sprawie. Pokój był sprzątany codziennie.

Cozy, historical, and perfectly situated for your next visit to Florence!
Pros:

We were instantly greeted by the hotel manager as we were early. He graciously let us in, offered us cold water and then gave us a full tour of the building, visiting tips, emergency numbers to call, a map and recommendations on tours, restaurants etc. He went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one! The room was perfect, comfy beds and as it was extremely hot out, already air conditioned! The location is steps from the Tram station which we used to access the Train station and airport! Oh....and there's an elevator!
