Pros:

Super helpful staff
Dario recommended us places to visit and restaurants to eat. He went the extra mile advising which areas to avoid

Great location, just 10 mins walk from Duomo

Quiet

Air con in the room . However it felt quite cool since the building is from the 15th century with thick walls

Drinking fountain and daily replenished water bottles in the room were a lovely touch, especially since it's so hot in August

Pros:

The property is in the immediate vicinity of the cathedral but located on a quiet street. The room is spacious enough, well-equipped, tidy, and clean. There are good restaurants and grocery stores nearby.The staff are extremely friendly and provide all the information about Florence with lots of useful tips

- Wasserspender und gratis Kaffee in der Lobby
- großartige Lage - super Zentral
- liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse

Cons:

Es ist sehr hellhörig.
Man hört die Nachbarn gefühlt sogar flüstern und die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich laut. Würde Oropax empfehlen - dann ist alles perfekt !

Dobra lokalizacja, czysto, bardzo przyjemny pokój i obsługa. Pan Dario bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny w każdej sprawie. Pokój był sprzątany codziennie.

Cozy, historical, and perfectly situated for your next visit to Florence!
Pros:

We were instantly greeted by the hotel manager as we were early. He graciously let us in, offered us cold water and then gave us a full tour of the building, visiting tips, emergency numbers to call, a map and recommendations on tours, restaurants etc. He went above and beyond to make our stay a comfortable one! The room was perfect, comfy beds and as it was extremely hot out, already air conditioned! The location is steps from the Tram station which we used to access the Train station and airport! Oh....and there's an elevator!

the bathroom!! i travel a lot and this is one of the worst bathroom i have seen there was a problem with flashing system which already informed the first day !the bathroom made it very smelly luckily we where just there for a couple days before we continued our trip
