Great staff, very helpful

Great location, cleaned and beds made very day.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our honeymoon. Just 3 days before we were due to be in Florence, we received an email saying our reservation was canceled. We called the hotel, sent an email, and called Marriott headquarters, and no one could give us answers or offered to help us. Mind you, we are Bonvoy members and had our wedding block at a Marriott. We are so disappointed in the way things have been handled and will no longer be staying with Marriott.

We stayed at the Sonetto for the first 3 days of our honeymoon and we were very happy to start it there. The rooms were a very good size with a proper double bed, some places in Europe have 2 x single beds pushed together, a small thing to some but we were very impressed with this.
Alongside the location being perfect for exploring Florence the views from the front of the hotel were brilliant with a view of the Ponte Vecchio and the Piazza Michelangelo.
The staff were also incredibly helpful and welcoming, a staff member called Paul was great at giving us recommendations for food and these did not disappoint, starting our honeymoon off in the best possible way!
Would definitely stay again!!!

Had a great stay at this hotel, the room was as expected and really clean. The staff are all extremely friendly and go out their way to ensure you have a great stay. Cannot fault the hotel.

Very good location, comfortable bed, quiet room & great front desk staff. Breakfast was also good / better then expected. Two negatives would be (a) do not like over-head shower and fact that this must come on before you can turn on the hand shower, and (b) our room, though very spacious, did not have a chair or sofa only a separate single bed which had never been requested.

Lage ist super und Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

A localização é boa, próximo aos principais atrativos do centro histórico. Pudemos deixar as malas antes do check-in para passear pela cidade. O quarto e banheiro são confortáveis.

Buena cama, baño pequeño, pero completo , limpio, la habitación espaciosa, silenciosa, buen tamaño de téle, buen aire, atención al cliente, espectacular, muy cerca del centro de Florencia . Te ponen diario agua y detalles dulces. Minibar, tetera .
