Hotel bem localizado e adequado para famílias em Florença
Pros:

O hospedagem atendeu bem as nossas necessidades. O quarto era grande e as camas confortáveis. Os banheiros também funcionavam muito bem. O café da manhã era bom, com boas opções a atendimento atencioso. Todas as nossas solicitações foram prontamente atendidas pela equipe.

Cons:

Não temos observações negativas ao hotel. A título de exemplo, a máquina de café estava quebrada, mas a equipe do café da manhã atuou com bastante atenção, preparando todas as bebidas solicitadas prontamente.

Camera pulita, personale veramente gentile, ottima colazione con scelta tra dolce e salato. Qualità del sonno soddisfacente e stanza ottimamente insonorizzata. Letti comodissimi. Con una passeggiata di un quarto d'ora si arriva in centro! Alla prossima e grazie

Location is excellent, parking place at the door. The staff is very friendly.

Cons:

Single room is not comfortable, very unfourtunate position of the furniture, I missed a chair for sitting, to be able to work on computer. That is at least one would expect in a 4 star accomodation.

Great place to stay in Florence
Pros:

5/5 stars! The hotel was incredibly clean and well-maintained. Perfect location for walking to all the main sites, and having secure parking was a massive plus. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay in Florence.

Cons:

Sono rimasta delusa. Personale non sempre caloroso; stanza piccola, nessun punto di appoggio vicino al letto, per esempio per appoggiare gli occhiali. Lampada vicino al letto non funzionante. Rumore assordante e continuo nel bagno (caldaia ?); due bottigliette di shampoo e nemmeno un bagnoschiuma. Bagni al pianterreno senze salviette o aria calda per asciugare le mani. Insomma, mi aspettavo di meglio.
