Pros:

Great location, only a 15‑minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was extremely comfortable.

A great place to stay in Florence. Wish we had more time to enjoy the hotel too.

Dependance: pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Il giardino e il personale che serviva la colazione.

Cons:

Per un hotel 4 stelle decisamente sotto gli standard, la dependance in cui abbiamo alloggiato era veramente cupa, con una sola finestrella posizionata in alto. L’arredamento spoglio e grottesco. Chiusura della porta difettosa. In generale per il prezzo pagato la struttura risulta antiquata e poco curata. Aggiungo inoltre che le foto della dependance non rispecchiano la stanza in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Infine il parcheggio che fanno pagare è caro: 30€ a notte.

Pleasant stay in a charming old mansion with a lovely garden.
Pros:

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance of major sights. Staff were very friendly, especially team serving breakfast.

Cons:

There was a small issue at the beginning, as I had booked a twin room but was given a different setup. However, the situation was handled promptly and resolved the next day, which I appreciated.

Nice hotel

Cons:

Didn’t clean the room, althought we were out the entire day. We complained at the reception but they didn’t care. When we got back after dinner the bedroom was still the same.
