Un séjour de charme dans une ville historique
Pros:

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé au pied de la vieille ville d'Arezzo. La chambre était agréable avec son petit balcon.

Cons:

Les toilettes sont situées trop près de la douche. Le petit réfrigérateur chauffe beaucoup en été. Nous ne sommes pas très amateurs de climatisation et quand on ouvre la fenêtre la nuit, beaucoup de bruit venant de tous les appareils de climatisation à l'extérieur.

Ottima posizione, staff gentile e disponibile.

La camera era ristrutturata e arredata in stile moderno! Una chicca il balconcino sulla strada.
La colazione era molto buona, con varie opzioni tra dolce e salato!

it was a good stay. convinient and accomodating.

i requested extra towels and pillows. they gave me a lot. i was just expecting one set of it.

Pros:

Good drop off arrangement to get luggage to hotel before parking our car in the suggested parking lot. Very short walk to the hotel from drop off zone. Rooms are very basic but clean enough. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Large enough offering for breakfast but not really much I enjoy eating that early in the morning. Would suggest running the coffee machine cleaning cycle before breakfast service in future.

Pros:

Location is great. Near the train station and center of town. The evening front desk lady did go out of her way to try to help me find a restaurant and cool my room.

Cons:

The room is very small and mine was in a corner and very hot. The air conditioner did not work. When I asked the front desk for a fan, she looked for one but said the a/c in other rooms was working. there weren't any fans in the hotel so I had a terrible sleep. When I spoke with the hotel manager in the morning, she said the a/c was shut off for the building on Oct 1 and that the air was cool enough for "us" (meaning Italians). But isn't a hotel for people from out of town who may not be Italian?
