Il freddo in camera, albergo non ordinato, con cuscini sui sofà mai gonfi e messi in ordine, polvere sul banco alla reception… bellissima struttura però parecchio trascurata.

prezzo eccessivo, struttura datata e per niente rinnovata, arredi vecchi al limite.
La cosa sgradevole è stato lo staff in particolar modo la donna al bar che ci ha servito l'aperitivo, scocciata dalla nostra presenza e per niente professionale.

Prachtig en rustig gelegen in een parkje. Mooi zwembad en perfect ontbijt. Prive parkeren top. E bikes mochten binnen staan. Airco uitstekend.

Cons:

Balkon beetje gemist. Afstand naar Lucca toch net iets ver. Zeker als je de auto niet wilt gebruiken omdat je de e bikes hebt.

Americano cold 2/3 mornings
Dinner poor menu and chicken was returned as not cooked anywhere near enough
No Tea or coffee facilities in room
Pool very dirty with leaves I appreciate it’s October but if it’s open it should look clean
Web says walkable to Lucca no way is this possible

Un endroit exceptionnel dont on ne veut pas partir
Pros:

Endroit exceptionnel avec un magnifique parc et très calme et une très belle piscine. Les chambres sont très belles et le petit déjeuner particulièrement bon.

Cons:

L'isolation des chambres est à améliorer, on entend beaucoup les voisins.

Bellissima villa in contesto tranquillo.

La villa è bellissima ed anche il giardino esterno. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

La stanza era eccessivamente calda e non c’era modo di abbassare il riscaldamento. Inoltre c’era della muffa nella doccia e per chi non è amante della moquette è ovunque.
