Best if location is your #1 priority
Pros:

The best thing is the location, given it offers parking for free next to the “walls” of the city. Facilities are new. Staff was kind and available.

Cons:

Breakfast was unfortunately below expectations for a 4-star hotel. The size of rooms depend on the type of room you book, but it’s fair to say they are relatively small.

Una giornata a Lucca è sempre piacevole.

Cons:

La camera era troppo calda e non era funzionante il controllo del condizionatore e dunque della temperatura. Se fosse stato possibile sarebbe stato un soggiorno perfetto. Immagino comunque che sia un problema facilmente risolvibile.

Sfeervol hotel op een perfecte locatie
Pros:

Locatie is fantastisch ,aan de rand van de stadsmuur je loopt zo de oude stad in. Kamers was supernetjes en comfortabel. Ontbijt veel zoet maar genoeg andere keuzes ook. Medewerkers heel vriendelijk. Sfeervol hotel .

Hotel in posizione centrale con tutti i servizi vicini, il personale della reception molto professionale e gentile, camera non molto grande ma linda..pulitissima. Abbiamo prenotato la spa, piccolina ma piacevole, ci hanno assegnato la camera alle 11 perché già pronta e ci hanno tenuto i bagagli al check out fino a sera, che dire...è stato un soggiorno splendido anche al di sopra delle nostre aspettative: torneremo ❤️
