Pros:

chambre très confortable, super petit déjeuner, le personnel est souriant et disponible.

Pros:

The reception staff were outstanding. The room and the bed were very comfortable. The sauna, spa and massage were fantastic for a relaxing treatment. The hotel is within a short walk of Lucca's gate Porta Elisa and into the old town.

Cons:

It would have been nice if the hotel offered dinner. After a long day walking and exploring Lucca, dining-in would be so nice.
I noted there was a library if assorted novels in various languages in the breakfast room. Perhaps this could be turned into a book exchange where people can leave books they finished in exchange for one on the shelves.

Excellent, would highly recommend, and would definitely return
Pros:

The hotel is excellent, very clean and modern. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly from the cleaner to reception staff, everyone went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one

Cons:

While the bathroom was generally fine, I found the shower a little too small. As someone who is 6 ft 2 in tall, the compact quadrant design made it somewhat difficult to bend down comfortably when washing my lower legs.

Nice Hotel, perfect location, but very small room

Next to the old city wall. Parking for free behind the building. Perfect location

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

Very clean to the back. But very small.

Pulizia, Posizione, cordialità e professionalità dello staff. Tutto perfetto!

Cons:

Un piccolissimo appunto di poco conto: il telecomando della tv non funzionava bene e non era possibile inserire un timer di spegnimento.
