Probably the most friendly hotel we ever stayed at. Highly recommended
Pros:

Hotel Rex is not what you would expect of a hotel next to a railway station. Very focused on customer needs, especially when it comes to families. Extremely friendly staff

Hotel perfecto para conocer Lucca y Pisa
Pros:

Excelente Hotel, justo saliendo de la estación de tren y a 5 minutos caminando de la entrada principal de Lucca. El desayuno está incluido. La atención es genial.

Pros:

Posizione eccellente di fronte alla stazione. Camera comoda e spaziosa. C’è anche il bollitore con te e caffè se si desidera una bevanda calda.
La mattina c’è anche la gentilezza di lasciare latte e biscotti sulla tavola in corridoio. Insomma doppia colazione. Nella sala c’è una buona varietà di dolci, cibi salati: oltre al caffè si può avere un ottimo cappuccino dal bar. Personale gentilissimo. Vista la prossimità della Pasqua hanno fatto un piccolo presente a noi ospiti. Dovessi tornare a Lucca soggiornerei di nuovo qui.

Fantastic location, friendly hotel, close to the walled city, definitely recommend.
Pros:

Location really close to train station, then a small walk via the underpass to the the city wall couldn’t of been closer, the room was a lot bigger than expected,
Definitely recommend, staff very pleasant. There was a lift in the hotel or people struggling with stairs.

Cons:

More plug sockets in the room, the one we were in I had to unplug lights to charge phone, I pad extra , but that is about all I would change.

Funzionale e strategicamente posizionato, ideale per un soggiorno pratico e senza pretese
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, fra la stazione dei treni e le mura di Lucca. Zona praticamente pedonale, quindi senza rumori e perfetta per la logistica di spostamento. Stanza modesta, ma pulita ed in ordine. Colazione soddisfacente. Personale disponibile.

Cons:

Arredo della camera vetusto, sebbene in ordine. Anche il bagno avrebbe bisogno di una modernizzazione, ma pulito e funzionante. Poche prese elettriche a disposizione. Al giorno d'oggi, una sola presa è limitante, per chi deve ricaricare telefonino, tablet e, come nel mio caso, sigaretta elettrica.

Location comoda per viaggi col treno/bus vicina e comodissima per il centro , personale molto gentile e disponibile, colazioni super, stanze belle grandi con tutto il necessario (bollitore con tisane varie, frigobar, matite e carta per appunti, prodotti da bagno in gran quantità) ottimi rapporto qualità /prezzo gradito omaggio finale
