Zimmer 2 auf keinen Fall buchen!!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Bahnhof und das Personal war nett.

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss (Nummer 2) hässlich, stickig, ungemütlich und stillos. Als ob eine Abstellkammer kurzerhand für die Gäste leer geräumt worden wäre. Ein altes Badezimmer, ein Fenster mit rostigen Gitter, das mehr an ein Gefängnis, als ein Hotel erinnert. Andere Zimmer sahen online besser aus, aber dieses ist für den Preis leider eine Frechheit.

Pros:

Staff were do friendly and helpful, breakfast was great. There was enough variety for all of our party of 2 adults and 2 kids to have what we all liked. Location was perfect- round the corner from the train station but without any noise, and right across the road from an entrance into historic Lucca.

Cons:

Beds were a little firm, but we still slept pretty well.
