We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. All the staff were fantastic! They were always smiling, friendly and helpful, and gave us lots of great local recommendations. They really went out of their way to make our stay exceptional.

The building and the grounds are beautiful. A few drinks by the pool in the garden area was the perfect for relaxing after exploring the city.

We will definitely visit again!

Das Hotel ist eine Oase. Wunderschöner sehr gepflegter Garten mit Pool. Es ist alles sehr sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich, ob Reception, Reinigung, u.a. Wir fühlten uns wunderbar wie zuhause. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr fein, alles frisch und gepflegt, mit dem besten Capuccino ever ;-)
Die Lage für einen Besuch in Lucca ist super! In ca. 10 Min. zu Fuss ist man mitten im Zentrum.
Wir kommen wieder!

Excellent hotel for a stay in Lucca
Pros:

A very nice hotel in a quiet residential area and yet only 6 minutes walk from the city walls. Nice room and a good breakfast. Pool was real bonus and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Car parking directly over the road and east to locate the hotel.

Pros:

Goede prijs/kwaliteit hotel en op loopafstand van Lucca centrum. Je kan je auto goed en zonder kosten bij het hotel parkeren.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is niet mijn ding. Maar er was genoeg keuze.

Would highly recommend if visiting wonderful Lucca.
Pros:

Not too far from the madding crowd, just 10mins from the wall. Turned up in the evening, expecting a hotel room but instead got a ground floor apartment, complete with garden and sun terrace. Very nice breakfast too on the terrace overlooking the pool. Had to ask for a kettle and cups on arrival, but other than that we were very sorry to leave for Florence.
