Een fantastisch verblijf! Echt een aanrader!
Pros:

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Vriendelijk personeel, zeer propere kamer en een lekker ontbijt. Ook top dat er handdoeken aanwezig zijn voor het zwembad. Ook de kleine bar aan het zwembad om een fris pintje te drinken was tof. En last but nog least de ligging is top! Binnen de 15 minuten wandelen ben je in het centrum van Lucca! Kortom een top verblijf! Als we nog eens in Lucca zijn reserveren we zeker terug Hotel San Marco!

Lovely modern hotel, 10 minute walk from the city walls. Great pool and pool area to relax in. Would definitely stay again if I return to Lucca.

Fabulous hotel. The facilities are better than the photos. So lovely to have outside space close to beautiful Lucca. The most fantastic aspect of this hotel is the staff, nothing too much trouble, . restaurant recommendations, places to visit, all spot on. Particular praise must also go to housekeeping who cleaned our room like it was home, well probably better!

We personally found the bed very hard!

Skønt og alt for kort ophold. Lækker morgenmad og kort gåafstand til bymuren.
Pros:

Ventralt og hod mulighed for parkering. Lyst interiør og meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Vi boede i "annekset" med egen have og jasminhækken blomstrede og duftede helt fantastisk.

Cons:

Sprinklersystemet i haven som startede meget tidligt om morgene og oversømmededen og alt vi havde hængt til tørre.

Nice hotel, definitely worth it, would stay here again, better than Lucca historic center hotels

Modern hotel, nice welcome at reception, was able to check in before the time they told me even,
Looked like a nice pool (didn't use) and a nice pool surrounding. Nice atmosphere altogether (the 28 degree weather did help).
Short (<10min) walking distance to Lucca historic center, so definitely worth it, because there you usually get refurbished old buildings with poor insulation and all sorts of other problems.
Quite affordable for such good quality

Cons:

No trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. Only a half roll of toilet paper with no spare. Matresses was firm, although not the worst I've had in Italy. The keycard didn't always take (on the inside), so sometimes the light would go out and you'd be fumbling in the dark.

Pros:

Appena fuori dalle mura di Lucca, zona tranquilla e poco trafficata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Camere confortevoli. Letto comodo.

Cons:

La struttura dispone di pochi posti auto. Di fronte c'è un parcheggio libero, ma abbiamo faticato a trovare posteggio.
