Nærmest alt.
Stort åbent areal ved receptionen.
Dejlige fællesarealer med skøn pool.
Godt og varieret morgenmad - selvom vi var der 7 dage blev maden ikke ensformig.
Daglig rengøring.
Gåafstand til den gamle del af Lucca.
Fornemme parkeringsfaciliteter inkl lademulighed til vores elbil.
Endelig skal receptionister roses, især Francisco var helt fantastisk hjælpsom og altid interesseret i at give et godt råd.

Cons:

Man skal vel nævne et eller andet, så kunne der være lidt flere liggestole i forhold til stole ved poolen.

Perfect stay in Lucca
Pros:

We loved everything! The staff are incredible, exclamation swimming pool, great breakfast. Location is perfect close to old town.
We also used the bike rental service from the hotel and went to the wine taste suggested by the hotel

Lovely hotel and city
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The pool and terrace areas are really nice, and all the staff were friendly and helpful, especially those at reception. Just a lovely hotel with a really welcoming atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I liked everything about this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk or quick bike ride into the walled city. That I could hire a bike. The pool. The staff. The breakfast. All staff I encountered were so kind and friendly. I really enjoyed the relaxing few days I had at this hotel. For a 3* it was fantastic. I liked it so much I stayed an extra night 😊 A taxi wasn't available to take me to the station so one of the staff kindly gave me a ride in their car. Above and beyond service! I definitely will return. I think it's a great hotel in Lucca to base yourself on seeing other towns.

Fantastic Hotel in every way.
Pros:

What a lovely Hotel on the edge of Lucca, some of the friendliest staff I’ve come across in a hotel. Everyone was happy to help and make sure your stay was perfect. The room was spotless and well designed with an excellent bathroom. We used the Hotels bicycles for a small charge which were in excellent condition and allowed us to explore the city with ease. I will definitely return to this Hotel and maybe stay longer than the one night we had planned. Well done who ever manages the Hotel you have everything spot on.

Pros:

La colazione era ottima, e tutto il personale del bar e della reception è stato gentile e disponibile. La camera era moderna, pulita, e curata nei dettagli costruttivi e nel materiale a disposizione degli ospiti.

Cons:

In piscina gli ospiti tendevano a tenere occupati gli spazi con gli asciugamani anche quando non presenti. Abbiamo sempre trovato posto lo stesso, ma se si sta via più di un'oretta sarebbe meglio liberare le sdraio.
Un po' caro il frigobar.
