Fabulous stay in Lucca lovely small pool
Pros:

Excellent small swimming pool and outside area, reception staff and cleaners were all extremely helpful, cheerful and the rooms were very clean, breakfast staff were also very cheerful and helpful and the breakfast was good, the hotel was lovely and cool and the air con in our room 308 was so quiet.

We loved the pool setting. Room was beautiful and the staff were wonderful. They couldn't do enough for you.

Schöner Ort zum Erkunden der Toskana einschließlich Lucca, Piesa, Florenz, Carrara.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel, 7 Minuten zu Fuß zur Altstadt, insofern perfekt gelegen.
Im Hotel hat alles gut funktioniert , einschließlich der sehr leisen Klimaanlage. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich.

Cons:

Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Comfortable, clean and functional hotel a short walk from the city walls.
Pros:

We enjoyed staying just outside Lucca, which was an easy and pleasant walk away, as it was quiet and had facilities such as a pool, which was very welcome after a day exploring the city. The room was compact, but with a large, comfortable bed and aircon, also welcome in the heat of July.
The staff were pleasant, especially the chap on reception the day we left.
