Nous avons été charmés !
Pros:

Nous avions réservé juste pour une étape de repos après la traversée depuis la Corse et avant de prendre la route du retour pour l'Alsace dès le lendemain (700 km !). Quel dommage, en effet l'hôtel est tellement agréable que nous aurions pu y séjourner plusieurs jours avec grand plaisir : belle situation, à proximité de la plage et des animations (restaurants, commerces, grande roue avec vue sur la ville et la mer...), personnel accueillant, architecture très plaisante, terrasse et piscine vraiment 'cosy', petit déjeuner excellent (copieux et de qualité !)... seul bémol, notre chambre était vraiment petite.

Cons:

RAS, juste la chambre un peu petite pour un séjour de plus d'une nuit, mais le confort était malgré tout au RDV, d'autant que tout le reste était parfait !

Staff was so lovely, hotel is a beautiful old building in a perfect location, I would always return.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to support and advise us. They also took the liberty of communicating with us via WhatsApp to inform us about train and Taxi connections which was extremely helpful because Taxi and bus service was a bit tricky.
Breakfast was delicious and had a wide range of different foods so something for everyone. The room was spacious and very clean however, the bathroom felt a bit dated and disappointing such as bad shower in bath tub. The pool was ok but positioned right next to the street and much smaller than it appears on the website photo however, the beach is literally 2mins away so my daughters only used the pool for cooling down in the late afternoon. Having said that the pool is ideal for younger children and is very safe.

Cons:

The bathroom felt a bit dated and disappointing such as bad shower in bath tub. The pool was ok but positioned right next to the street and much smaller than it appears on the website photo however, the beach is literally 2mins away so my daughters only used the pool for cooling down in the late afternoon.

La gentilezza e la professionalità di tutto lo staff sono state davvero straordinarie: sempre sorridenti e pronte ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza o richiesta. La colazione è stata ricca e con prodotti ottimi. Pulizia della camera impeccabile. La struttura e la location sono perfette, anche per chi viaggia con un bambino piccolo come nel nostro caso, grazie alla vicinanza alle spiagge, ai ristoranti e alla passeggiata.
Consiglierò sicuramente questo accogliente hotel a chiunque.Il mio più sincero ringraziamento per il fantastico soggiorno presso la vostra struttura, ritorneremo senz'altro.

Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta della mia esperienza. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa, l’ambiente piacevole, e lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Mi sono trovata molto bene e tornerò sicuramente. Consigliatissimo!

Eines der schönsten Hotels in der Umgebung.
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Checkin verlief sehr erfreulich. Die Ausstattung und Interieur sind sehr ansprechend und angenehm. Der gastronomische Aussenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet, der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und angenehm temperiert. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, frisch und lecker. Die Lage zum Strand ist auch super. Es gab auch gleich einen Parkplatz und Fahrräder konnte man sich gratis ausleihen. Super!

Cons:

Das Zimmer befand sich gleich am Treppenhaus, man hat jeden gehört, der sich dort befand bzw. durchgegangen ist.

Terrassen på rommet vårt var ubrukelig, men vi hadde kanskje det rimeligste rommet på hotellet.

A beautiful hotel in an amazing location
Pros:

The property was full of old world charm and had the added bonus of a lovely pool area. We enjoyed having breakfast and some light lunches on the patio.
Located just steps from the main promenade, there was also a bus stop nearby, with buses taking you up and down the coast and even as far as Lucca. Bikes were also available for guests to explore further along the coast.
The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. They took the time to get to know their guests, which was much appreciated. We look forward to staying at the Hotel Europa in the future.

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike.
