Nicht für Rollstuhlfahrer

Das Personal sehr freundlich super tolles Essen

Cons:

Wir haben ein Rollstuhl gerechtes Hotel gebucht und ich habe vorher noch nachgefragt ob es Rollstuhl gerecht ist. Ich habe 2 Parkplätze gebucht ein für ein Rollstuhl Auto und ein PKW.
Wir kommen dort an die zugewiesen Parkplätze konnten nur vom Rollstuhl Auto genutzt werden das andere Auto musste draußen auf der Straße parken. Dann wollten wir mit unseren Kinder im Rollstuhl aufs Zimmer aber der Rollstuhl passte nicht in den Aufzug. Der Aufzug war viel zu klein.
Wir hatten Gott sei Dank noch ein klappbaren Rollstuhl zum Baden mit dieser ging in den Aufzug aber das Kind passte Grade so allein in diesem Aufzug. Das Personal bemühte sich sehr aber als Rollstuhlfahrer ist dieses Hotel nicht zu empfehlen und sollte so auch nicht vermietet werden.

Mooi hotel
Pros:

Service van het personeel was erg goed. Van het management tot de schoonmaakster. Altijd behulpzaam met een glimlach, niets is teveel. Elke dag werd er schoongemaakt. De locatie is top! Leuke faciliteiten voor kinderen.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde. Veel te veel zoetigheid en weinig variatie op het menu. Ik was blij geweest met een gekookt ei of wat kipfilet als beleg.
Op de eerste avond diner gegeten in het restaurant en de ravioli die we hadden was verschrikkelijk zout.
Daarna wat varkensvlees geprobeerd en dat was ook te zout en verder geen kruiden. Dat was jammer. Er valt nog wat winst te behalen op het gebied van het eten.

Bestelde in de avond vaak een kopje thee, maar 4 euro voor heet water is wel erg prijzig. Dan was een waterkoker op de kamer beter geweest.

Ottima struttura, staff impeccabile
Pros:

Albergo molto bello, posto in ottima posizione, servizi eccellenti e staff cordiale, attento e gentile! Una nota particolare allo staff del ristorante, sempre attento e cordiale.

Cons:

Forse si potrebbe migliorare il rapporto con il lido, in modo da offrire pacchetti già inclusi nel soggiorno con prenotazione del posto.

Väldigt trivsamt, enkelt och barnvänligt!
Pros:

Mycket centralt, otroligt barnvänligt på alla sätt. Välstädat, genomtänkt, enkelt att vara där med barn.

Cons:

Frukosten kunde varieras mer även om standarden var hög.

Perfect place to enjoy Versilia
Pros:

A truly relaxing week, pampered by the Eur hotel staff. Children's entertainment, varied buffets and truly impeccable staff. The leaning tower of Pisa is a 30-minute drive from the hotel, as is the medieval city of Lucca. The private beach is very close to the hotel, and well-maintained.

The pearl of Toscany
Pros:

Do you want to feel at home? Do you want to feel the warmth of a family? This hotel is the pearl of the area. Thanks to the Manageress, Mrs Luciana, but not less to all the staff, they maintain this high level. I first came here some 10 years ago,and I was impressed by the quality of the real Palace style hotel, by the service you get and the smiles of everyone. And it remains in the superlative. Great hotel for families with small kids, pool and playgarden special for kids. Pool for grown ups too. animation for kids. Staff friendly and helpfull, cleaning of room daily. Buffet as breakfast. very close to the beach.

An excellent hotel for children
Pros:

We chose this hotel to celebrate our daughter's birthday. There were lots of positive reviews, so we expected to see a family-friendly hotel. In reality the hotel appeared even better than we expected.
- An extremely friendly staff.
- Clean room with every-day cleaning.
- The hotel is kids-oriented: two pools, many entertainment programs from animators every day.
- Delicious Italian meals in hotel's restaurant.
- The hotel is located 100-200 meters from the sea beach.

The staff made a birthday cake for my daughter. It was a huge surprise for her, when during the dinner, they switched off the light, brought the cake and sang a birthday song for her. That was awesome! Thank you guys.

Varm and pleasant atmosphere
Pros:

A really nice stay! Clean and fresh, always nice personell, nice food and drinks. A very special thanks to our waiter Klejdi who served us with warmth and guides us through the wines at the hotel (and Tuscany), that then led us to a trip to Bolgheri and some winetasting. Wonderful trip that we will remember for a long time and we now definitely plan to come back to explore more of Italy and Tuscany especially.
