Pros:

The breakfast was superb and the fresh fruit and Greek Yogurt exceptional.

Cons:

We came out of season and would have appreciated the pool being heated but that is our only criticism. The location is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. We had a private house in the ground which was very decadent. The staff and exceptional and the team should be proud of themselves, offering assistance, recommendations and organizing us daily!!! A great location for seeing everywhere - Florence/Lucca/Pisa etc
