Fabulous- loved every minute, bikes great too!
Pros:

Beautiful hotel , decoration amazing. Very comfortable, all rooms extremely well thought out with attention to detail. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I’m British so a kettle and cups for tea.

Few of the staff very young seemed to be learning the ropes and missed a few basics.

Soggiorno indimenticabile a Forte dei Marmi. Dal primo momento in cui siamo entrati l'accoglienza di tutto lo staff è stata calorosissima. Il profumo, i colori, l'ambiente tutto ti dà senso di eleganza e raffinatezza. Le camere erano comode e pulitissime.
Ristorante davvero ottimo e super charming. Servizi e piccole accortezze in camera che neanche penseresti in un hotel, davvero eccezionale! Un vero soggiorno a 5 stelle! Un ringraziamento speciale allo manager, sempre attenti e scrupolosi.

Very nice hotel with great staff and lots of luxury details you would find in high end hotels
Pros:

Clean hotel and rooms, amazing breakfast with above 5* average products, free bikes available, nice gardens, terrace and pool, very nice staff

Cons:

Rooms are a bit small with kids running around but aligned with the price you pay for space and services
