Nice hotel, good location.
Pros:

Hotel was nice, bathroom was renovated (like new), everything worked and was okay at the room. It was clean, not spotless but the best we have seen in Italy so far. No mould in the bathroom, drains worked etc. Pool was also clean and nice. We had breakfast at the hotel and it was also good. Nothing extremely special but for us, fellow europens it was nice to have eggs, sausages and stuff like this there. Other hotels around had only sweet breakfast so this was little above average. There was helpful staff at the hotel. They were able to book us the sunbeds at the beachclub nearby for good price (40/day - yes, this is cheapest you can possibly get around here during the peak season). Hotel was close to the beach and to the nice area with many restaurants...overall nice hotel with parking and well maintained. Room was cleaned daily.

Cons:

Room and bathroom were very compact, no spare space there. There wasn't a socket on each side of the bed so charging of the phone at the bed was possible only for one person. People at the hotel and in the whole area of Marina di Pietrasanta seemed to be very friendly but only with other guests (only Italian guests). At the hotel it was actually okay, everything we needed was addressed but we felt as unwelcomed guests everywhere else...we could use more pillows...

A wonderful hotel for the price! The sea and the city center are just five minutes away. Great for bike rides. Excellent

Excellent location. A very quiet neighborhood just a 3-minute walk from the center. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

The room service was a bit odd. We couldn't figure out the system for when towels were changed (or not) and when the balcony was cleaned.🙂

Pros:

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una decina di giorni in questo hotel la settimana scorsa e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. Fin dal primo giorno ci siamo sentiti accolti con grande cordialità e professionalità.

Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff: il personale della reception è sempre stato gentile e disponibile, così come la signora addetta alle pulizie, sempre sorridente e attenta.

Un plauso particolare va anche ai camerieri della sala, in particolare a quello che ci ha serviti durante tutte le cene (purtroppo non conosco il suo nome): oltre a essere estremamente professionale, attento e disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta, era anche una persona davvero simpatica, sempre con il sorriso e capace di metterci a nostro agio. In generale, tutto il personale di sala è stato impeccabile e abbiamo notato la stessa attenzione e disponibilità nei confronti di tutti gli ospiti.

Un elogio speciale va anche allo chef: ogni sera abbiamo mangiato piatti davvero eccellenti, preparati con cura e ingredienti di qualità. La cucina è stata una piacevolissima sorpresa e, sinceramente, non ha nulla da invidiare a quella di hotel di categoria superiore. Se non avessi saputo che si trattava di un tre stelle, avrei tranquillamente pensato di essere in un quattro stelle.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza splendida e gran parte del merito va proprio alla professionalità, alla gentilezza e all’attenzione di tutto il personale. Complimenti a tutto lo staff!

Se proprio dovessi suggerire un piccolo miglioramento, consiglierei di mettere a disposizione degli stendini per asciugamani e costumi, magari pieghevoli o rimovibili. Per chi trascorre una vacanza al mare sarebbero davvero molto utili, soprattutto per chi non dispone di un balcone o di uno spazio dove poter stendere.
