Pros:

La gentilezza del personale, reception e sala, le ragazze delle colazioni super attente e disponibili. La pulizia della camera dove ho soggiornato era impeccabile.

Cons:

Devo dire che l'unica pecca nei dintorni è il fatto che non ci sia un parcheggio gratuito, solo strisce blu o il parcheggio dell'hotel, anch'esso a pagamento.

La posizione centrale, la cortesia dello staff, la colazione ed il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Cons:

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche ammodernamento. Non ho gradito l'arazzo dietro la testiera del letto che ad un soggetto allergico potrebbe dare fastidio.

Se dovessi tornare a Montecatini è qui che soggiornerei
Pros:

la struttura è molto bella, ha servizi efficienti, il parcheggio non è vicino ma è sicuro, il ristorante di qualità, meraviglioso l’idromassaggio in camera

Cons:

La prima notte troppo rumorosa, a mezzanotte qualcuno ha fatto partire l’idromassaggio ed è stata dura riaddormentarsi. Invece la seconda sera molto meglio.
