Tutto perfetto, se dovessimo tornare in zona sceglieremo sicuramente questo albergo.

Idéal pour l'emplacement et le rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal en plein centre, proche des commerces et des restaurants, à 5 minutes de la gare. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture dans le parking privé pour la semaine et circuler uniquement en train.
Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié autant dans le salé que dans le sucré.

Cons:

Nous avons eu froid dans la chambre car il y a des dates officielles pour mettre le chauffage et c'était trop tôt. On nous a fourni des couvertures supplémentaires.
Le personnel d'accueil pas toujours aimable.

Great location with parking
Pros:

Great location, breakfast buffet, bar after dinner. Our favorite restaurant waiter was present. We’ve known Mariano since our 1st trip to Montecatini. He’s always very friendly and offering suggestions on sites to see.

Cons:

Bed was extremely hard. Not much sleep for 4 nights.

Pros:

Staff was always very helpful and friendly. Great location for walking to the spas in the main Square as well as the train station. Clean and beautifully decorated hotel. only negative was we tried to have dinner in the dining room one night and just didn’t care for the food, but there are lots of options in the neighborhood. Breakfast were OK.

Hard to find by car but good hotel . Good carpark but the other times we had a better price.
Pros:

Breakfast good . Close to racetrack.

Cons:

We have been here before and reception very good . This time the Portier was not in mood.

Last minute reservation: in the middle of busy CBD ( our fault for not researching properly). Facilities clean but dated
