It’s was okay.

Da non ripetere per il prezzo pagato.

La zona centrale ma la cittadina è completamente abbandonata. Sembrava the Last of us.

Cons:

La spa non curata e con cattivo odore. La struttura old fashioned. Accappatoi vecchi e logori senza nemmeno i passacinta cuciti. La colazione senza indicazioni di ingredienti per i prodotti, zero indicazioni su allergeni. Il personale di sala non aveva idea nemmeno se il latte di soia contenesse zuccheri o meno. I cappuccini erano obbligatoriamente fatti alla macchinetta automatica. Colazione mediocre da una stella. Uova sode fredde. Suggerirei di spostare la lampada riscaldante sulle uova anziché sulle tazze. Prevederei opzioni senza zucchero e attenzione agli allergeni. È previsto dai protocolli.

La spa non era completamente funzionante in entrambe le piscine non funzionava l’ idromassaggio tutti i getti erano rotti e nella piscina grande anche la cascata termale , alla nostra segnalazione alla reception perché nel centro benessere gli operatori erano completamente assenti ci è stato risposto che dovevano chiamare qualcuno perché in effetti erano giorni che i clienti segnalavano il problema .

Camera ristrutturata, spazi comuni ben curati, personale disponibile

Cons:

Struttura molto datata, l’esterno è lasciato all’abbandono, porte e pareti interne rovinate e puzza di fognatura importante nel bagno della stanza. Colazione poco varia, nessuna scelta per intolleranze al lattosio

Pros:

La piscina pulita con ambiente molto accogliente, la colazione internazionale veramente ben eseguita e molto soddisfacente sia nella qualià che nella scelta dei prodotti.

Cons:

La zona relax è distante dalle camere visto che si trovano in piani diversi ma nella norma. Tuttavia quello che era davvero scomodo e che passavi in accappatoio per raggiungere la piscina coperta davanti alla reception e quindi anche alla lobby/hall/ ingresso dell’albergo. Per il resto, tutto ok.

Il servizio del ristorante ci ha lasciato molto delusi. Zero accortezze per il senza glutine, personale scortese e poco professionale.( ho chiesto il pane e due volte me lo hanno portato completamente congelato dentro, la carta dei vini non esisteva e ne ha scelto uno il cameriere senza sapere il nome da dirci). Cibo scadente.
