La disponibilita' dello staff nel trovarci una camera migliore

Cons:

Purtroppo la struttura, oltre che datata, e' molto lasciata andare, il tempo ha fatto la sua parte. Le pareti della camera presentano macchie di perdite d'acqua, lo scarico dell'acqua in bagno emette un forte rumore quando in uso, presenza di ragnatele.
La prima camera presentava un forte odore di fogne.

Pros:

Spa in buone condizioni, colazione e pernottamento di ottimo livello.

Cons:

Puntualità del personale alla reception in orario mattutino, ma probabilmente perché sono abituato ad arrivare sul posto di lavoro alcuni minuti prima e non alcuni minuti dopo 😉

Seppur datato, è molto ben tenuto ed assegno il massimo del punteggio anche tenuto conto dei servizi forniti e del prezzo (irrisorio) pagato.
Camera spaziosa e confortevole, con TV a grande schermo. Bagno perfetto, moderno e con doccia molto ampia.
Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. SPA grande e ben organizzata, con piscine di acqua calda davvero rilassanti. Apprezzato il kit SPA incluso (accappatoio, ciabatte e teli).
Da segnalare solo qualche piccola inefficienza: il bagno turco e la stanza relax con i lettini non erano riscaldati.
Buona la colazione, eccellente la macchina per caffè e cappuccino. Struttura consigliata, da tornarci!!
