Posizione eccellente, con posto auto all'ombra, arredamento ricercato e comodo. Bellissima la lounge. Top i due ragazzi di colore delle pulizie sempre con il sorriso e gentili! Materasso durissimo senza Topper!
La mancanza di servizio al bar si è fatta sentire ma ancora di più la chiusura prestissimo (h22). Il servizio ristorante è lento un po' vintage e con pochissima scelta. La piscina seminterrata veramente troppo calda ma l' aria irrespirabile, nella piscina di mezzo la cascata non funzionava e le luci troppo basse. Poca attenzione nella pulizia delle camere.
La SPA
Parti della struttura non rinnovate e datate.
Ottima l'accoglienza, personale davvero cordiale, ci siamo trovati benissimo dal momento della colazione fino al pomeriggio, quando abbiamo usufruito della spa.
La struttura risente un po' di qualche annetto e ha sicuramente bisogno di qualche intervento di ristrutturazione.

Purtroppo chianciano terme non è più quella di un tempo.
Hotel molto confortevole, camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti! Colazione davvero super, molta scelta tra dolce e salato. Ottimi i servizi offerti, la spa,la piscina scoperta, il bar, la palestra. Desideravo una vacanza rilassante e ho trovato un ottimo posto per il relax!
