Gorgeous hotel
Pros:

Immaculate hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location on the doorstep of old town Perugia. Loved the complementary coffee in reception. The breakfast room was stunning and a great selection at breakfast also.

Cons:

There was a bit of noise on a night but to be expected from a central location.
Its a shame that the coffee in the rooms is nescafe sachets when there's such lovely coffee available in italy.

Pros:

Colazione eccezionale come anche la cordialità dello staff all'accoglienza. Camere pulite e ottimo il servizio di acqua e bevande sempre disponibili. Posizione eccellente.

Cons:

Il letto non era all'altezza della struttura e la mattina ci siamo svegliati per il rumore nel corridoio. Niente di grave ma credo le uniche note lievemente negative

Pros:

Location was very good, the room was very confortable and clean. The staff was very kind and helpful with our needs, even arranging for a "mini portable breakfast" since we had to leavy very early.

Notre chambre était confortable mais malheureusement pas de lumière extérieure les fenêtres donnant sur une cour étaient en plus obstruées par un échafaudage donc pas top
Petit déjeuner agréable
Personnel de l'accueil très bien et très ouvert au client

The Hotel was simply excellent in all respects, from the room, breakfast, staff and the location was perfect. The Hotel had a charm and elegance from the moment you arrived.

Cons:

The fact we had only planed for 3 nights and Perugia was worth more.
