Pros:

The hotel is simply lovely and the location is ideal. Parking was conventient; our room was a clean, comfortable oasis; and breakfast was delicious. Livia at the front desk, along with the entire staff, could not have been more personable or more professional. We look forward to staying at the Locanda della Posta during all future visits to Perugia.

Pros:

Great stay… 3 nights … junior suite was spacious & location perfect for me with limited mobility to get to great nearby restaurants easily (Lorenzo at desk helpful with recommendations) … amazing breakfast too with welcoming staff

Colazione e posizione ottimi. Parcheggio distaccato dalla struttura principale ma comunque raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti

Il bidet era rotto e la tubatura perdeva. Quando lo abbiamo aperto in pochi secondi si è allagato il bagno. Era notte quando lo abbiamo scoperto quindi abbiamo deciso di non disturbare. La mattina dopo ho spiegato il problema nel dettaglio. Al rientro in albergo il dipendente della struttura mi ha fermato per dirmi che il problema che avevo segnalato non c’ era e che per non far allagare il bidet sarebbe stato sufficiente aprire il “tappo” per il deflusso dell’ acqua. Il problema era alla tubatura e l’ ho nuovamente fatto presente. Ho trovato superficiale la risposta della struttura, sarebbe stato sufficiente aprire l’ acqua per pochi secondi per verificare quanto segnalate ed invece c’è stata una supponenza ingiustificata, soprattutto visti i costi della camera

Gorgeous hotel
Pros:

Immaculate hotel with the most friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location on the doorstep of old town Perugia. Loved the complementary coffee in reception. The breakfast room was stunning and a great selection at breakfast also.

Cons:

There was a bit of noise on a night but to be expected from a central location.
Its a shame that the coffee in the rooms is nescafe sachets when there's such lovely coffee available in italy.

Tutto. Colazione stupefacente , persino i waffles fatti al momento , i mirtilli …. Tutto. Nulla è affidato al caso. Bravi davvero.

Lovely hotel, staff and location!
Pros:

We have stayed several times at Locanda Della Posta and each visit exceeds the previous one. From the location, to the amazing and helpful staff, the lovely breakfast and breakfast staff to the ease of parking in the hotel garage….it could not be better.
