La struttura perfetta, location super centrale nel cuore di Perugia, pulita, arredata con gusto moderno e interessanti abbinamenti, letto molto comodo. Ottima la colazione servita in terrazza con molta scelta, sia salata, sia dolce. abbiamo usufruito anche del ristorante per cena, mangiato bene (carne cruda super), ottimo servizio.
Tutto il personale molto disponibile e gentile.
Ottima la possibilità di avere il parcheggio in hotel con il permesso per accedere alla zona ZTL.
Nulla, struttura assolutamente raccomandata.

Werken gaande tijdens ons verblijf. Geluidsoverlast was er niet maar we hadden hierdoor wel geen zicht naar buiten.

Our room was beautiful, with a ceiling that I loved so much that I had to take a picture of it! We had two bathrooms and two rooms with one large king bed in one and a couch and refrigerator in the other. The location is perfect, right in the center of things and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Breakfast was delicious too!

Staff was very professional, helpful, and friendly. Room and all premises extremely clean. Our room on the top floor with jacuzzi was well appointed and very comfortable.
The jacuzzi lacked an instruction leaflet (handy for first-time users) and although on perfect temperature the jets didn't work.

Embora o hotel tenha elevadores , há uma sacadaria de 8 a 10 degraus para entrar no hotel.

The location was excellent, a premium position that enabled us to see the city, but pop back to hotel during the day. The staff were lovely, all of them, the rooms were immaculate and the decor was modern, and arty. The breakfast was very good, with options for gluten-free.
Air conditioning can be a little hit and miss, although I find this often in European city hotels, especially older buildings. At the moment (August 2026), there is some construction work on the building and whilst no noise, the view from some rooms may be impacted.
Beautiful hotel, excellent location, great mix of history in a modern setting. Staff friendly, helpful and highest hospitality standards with a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent art collection and looking forward to returning soon.

The location couldn’t have been better. It allowed us to make quick stops at our room between sightseeing.
We stayed in the room with a jacuzzi, which was great when it got cooler in the evenings. The view from the terrace was lovely. The room was a great size and we thoroughly appreciate the large bathroom which was incredibly clean with nice amenities. Our room was also lightly cleaned everyday with new sheets and the bathroom was refreshed- loved that. We are also big breakfast people, and the breakfast was superb for a boutique hotel. The fruit selection was great- lots of berries and I made waffles every morning! Highly recommend.
