Old world charm
Pros:

This is a charming old fashioned hotel founded in 1907, right at the bottom of the hill into town. Lovely continental breakfast, comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the basilica. Be warned the restaurant only opens if there are lots of people staying. Assisi is magical

Perfect location. Wonderful view of plaza. Staff was excellent and provided great service and restaurant recommendations.

Nulla. L'importo dovuto è solo per la prossimità della Basilica di S. Francesco???

Cons:

Stanza fredda e con nessuna possibilità di azionare il termoconvettore, Tepore "imposto" ad orari prestabiliti dalla Direzione e come le suite delle "Case Popolari".
Scortesia e ritrosità del personale tutto.
Colazione appena accettabile e di scadente qualità

Pros:

La posizione rispetto alla Basilica è spettacolare. I ragazzi hanno potuto muoversi in autonomia verso il centro perché è davvero vicinissimo.
La colazione era intercontinentale ottima

Struttura eccellente, dalla posizione alla pulizia e confort della camera, con un'ottima e varia colazione, più da 4 stelle che dalle 3 comunicate. Abbiamo anche usufruito del ristorante, con ampia scelta e servizio cortese e veloce. Personale disponibile e gentile. Tutto perfetto.

다 좋은데.. 잠을 못 자요 ㅠ
Pros:

위치가 압도적으로 좋았습니다.
프란체스코 성당과 가깝고, 아씨시를 걸어다니기에 정말 좋은 곳에 위치하고 있어요.
특히 센터로 들어오는 버스를 타는 곳이 바로 앞이라 짐이 많은 여행객들에게는 최고입니다.
또한 발코니에서 바라보는 전망은 마치 중세시대 언제인가로 와있는 듯한 착각을 줍니다.

Cons:

방음이 정말 안 됩니다.
단체 관광객들과 묵었는데, 복도에서 캐리어 끄는 소리, 문 닫는 소리, 1층 데스크에서 울리는 전화소리 등 모든 소음이 다 들립니다.. 이건 꼭 개선되었으면 좋겠네요..
