Clean, renovated, quiet, with easy parking! And only 7 minutes from Passignano s/t. Great beds, stunning view from the balcony, we were all impressed. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Large rooms, clean and neat, friendly staff, very good food, astonishingly low prices, all in all a more than satisfying experience. Would come back anytime. Perugia, Assisi are very close, the other beautiful parts and towns of Umbria are easily to be reached within an hour.

Friendly staff, quiet place, excellent place to stay for visiting other city's in the neighborhood.
There are no stores nearby the hotel, transportation by car is necessary. Restaurant at the hotel is good. Hotel is the perfect place to visit Perugia, Orvieto and all the other city's in the neighborhood.
